XXXX XXXX, sold the debt to another company without notifying them that they had filed a claim with the trustee of my bankruptcy. I have filed a previous complaint with CFPB regarding XXXX in a similar matter. I continue to get collection companies contacting me regarding this debt which was included in my bankruptcy. I keep giving the information regarding this debt, but I continue to get emails with threats and calls to family members, work and on my cell regarding this debt. The current collection company Lela Mae Portfolio Management Group XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, Ny. XXXX, has continued with the harassment after being told of the bankruptcy and that they should contact my attorney. They were given my attorneys information, but continue to pursue a claim for a debt that has been met with the original credit grantor.

They keep contacting me via email saying I owe money on a debt that is over 8 years old, and I filed bankruptcy over 2 years ago. The statute of limitations in my state is 6 years. This company is named Lela Mae Portfolio group. They have not sent me any information via mail previously requested. They have been harassing me for a few years via email and will not even validate a debt. I've asked to not be contacted and they still do.

I don't know who this Company is Lela Mae Group, telephone number is XXXX from XXXX XXXX. I don't know why they are constantly contacting me. I have asked this collection company sometime long time ago to cease all communication with me, by email, phone and mail. They are sending threats to my email if I don't reply within 3 days they will take actions towards me.
