XXXX XXXX sued me for the debt justifiably. I entered into a Consent Journal Entry payment terms with XXXX Municipal Court. I paid the initial payment of XXXX on XX/XX/2019. The agreement stated that I would need to pay XXXX by XX/XX/2019. On XX/XX/2019 I received a fifteen day demand for payment of the debt, with a subsequent Garnishment of wages if i did not comply from Attorney Lee Petersen 's Office. Since i entered into a payment plan and complied with that, I feel that this is a direct violation of the FDCPA.
