On XX/XX/XXXX I received a letter from XXXX XXXX XXXX stating that I owe {$400.00}. Also on that same letter was a note giving me a chance for a settlement to clear off my debt. As I contacted the debt collection office some time later and was told that my debt was reduced to XXXX. I agreed to the amount and proceeded to pay. As the debt was paid off on XX/XX/XXXX, a confirmation number was given to me with an additional {$9.00} added on because the debt was paid over phone using a debt card. The representative declare that the payment went though and I was good to go. A confirmation letter was never sent to me. The company since then has not taken my name off the collection list for debt and has been repeatedly calling informing me that there is no record of me paying and even refuse to look up my confirmation number as proof that I paid. That debt is impacting my credit score and even as of now conflicting with my employer.

For the past 6 months at least, with the most recent coming this morning ( XX/XX/2018 ), we have been plagued with calls from XXXX XXXX XXXX. I DO NOT answer calls from unknown numbers, & we are, or should still be, on the NO CALL list. The Caller ID simply showed " Leading Edge '', but no further info. I googled that, with no satisfaction as to who or what Leading Edge is. NO MESSAGES on our answering machine were ever left previously. We chalked these up to nuisance calls. However, this morning a message WAS left. We did not get the complete company name, but XXXX XXXX XXXX is close. We could make out the XXXX XXXX. WE WANT THESE CALLS STOPPED!!!!! We believe this company is off-shore as well as bogus. Thank you.

At leas t three times a day, I receive a robo call from this phone number stating I owe a debt. Initially I contacted the phone number back and was told I owe a debt - they would not tell me who the debt was with and demanded me to pay it over the phone. I told them I did not owe any debt and to mail me whatever they were referring to. I have never received anything in the mail - but the calls continue every day - multiple times and at all hours.

I asked Leading Edge Recovery Services/XXXX XXXX to not call me during work hours at my work phone number as I can not use work hours or work equipment for anything non-work related during work hours. They have persisted with their calls to my place of employment. The person calling is named XXXX XXXX. They say they are calling about XXXX XXXX XXXX but are not XXXX XXXX XXXX themselves.

Received a call from this number on XX/XX/XXXX. No voicemail left. Received another call today ( XX/XX/XXXX ). " XXXX XXXX '' left voicemail asking me to call him back. Did not mention a debt or identify himself as a debt collector. I have saved this voicemail and will provide it on request. Googled number to find it belongs to Leading Edge Recovery Solutions. I do not owe any debts.

I am getting called daily from XXXX. Caller ID identifies them as Leading Edge Recovery. I have never heard of them and a quick google search identifies them as a shady debt collection agency also going by the names of XXXX XXXX or XXXX XXXX & XXXX. I have answer this call several times to ask them to stop calling, but whenever I answer there is no one on the line, just silence

Called my cell phone and was busy at work to answer and turned around and called me at work. When calling on cell, they do not leave voicemail. I have wanted proof in the past of who they are. I will not give my personal info since the bank sold my account to a collector.
