Can I get the full name/address/phone of the company, I am going to put in an official complaint to the CFPB, that will get them moving - I have had to resort to it in the past when a credit card company would not resolve problems easily. XXXX : Emails : Me : XXXX, I have attached my complaint to the CFPB, please let me know if there is anything you would like to add. This is just beyond professional or acceptable in any way, compiling all of the communications makes it much more evident how insane this has become. I want to thank you for your help, obviously they don't seem to care about getting me my funds at this point. ( attached this complaint ) Sent communication through XXXX XXXX XXXX regarding the refund : It has now been over 8 months since you claim to have sent my check, I have had over 20 communication either to you, or through XXXX XXXXtrying to obtain my money without any success. I will be submitting a complaint through the CFPBand proactivelypursuing this until it is resolved. It is highly irresponsible and unethical that you have not provided me my money for nearly a year now.

Company : Leader One Financial [ Mortgage Company ] Location : XXXX, Texas On Tuesday, XX/XX/2019, I received an email from XXXX XXXX asking if I found a home in the XXXX, Texas XXXX over the weekend. I informed XXXX that I found a home and that I am currently under contract at this time. XXXX called my realtor and got into an argument with her, because he felt that she should have provided him with the information about the terms of the loan and that she ( realtor ) should convince me give him the opportunity to match/beat the loan. XXXX began to argue with the realtor and when things did not go his way, he hung the phone up on her. I ( consumer ) received an email from XXXX asking for the opportunity to beat the loan. My realtor notified me about the incident that took place between XXXX and her ; which made me upset and I did not want to do business with this firm anymore. On Wednesday, XX/XX/2019, I received a call from XXXX XXXX ( employee at Leader One ) about the incident. XXXX XXXX tried to persuade me to provide him with the information about the loan, which I did not have that information in my possession at that time due to being busy with other events. XXXX suggested that I find that information and provide it to him, so that he could match the deal. After our call, I received a second call from XXXX XXXX on the same day regarding this information, however, his tone was abrasive, aggressive and demanding. XXXX XXXX began screaming and yelling at me, because I had not provided him with the information that he requested two hours prior. He kept screaming : you have not gave us the opportunity to match the loan. I had not raised my voice at XXXX XXXX at anytime ; but he felt that he could use his position, XXXX ( male ), ethnicity ( XXXX American ) and age to intimidate me. I was not moved and was firm about my decision. XXXX XXXX tried to use reverse psychology on me, which did not work since I have a degree in this field of study and I informed him of this matter. XXXX XXXX began to yell : I am done with you. I have done everything to try to help you. I am done with you. I explained to XXXX XXXX that he has done nothing for me and that I have done everything on my own to get myself into position to receive a mortgage. After our conversation, I contacted the corporate office and spoke to XXXX ( I did not get his last name ) about the incident. XXXX listened to my concerns, but seemed to take stand in position with his staff and justify their behavior. Although he informed me that he would speak to his staff about this matter, I was not convinced that he took this matter seriously. For all of the reason stated above, I am filing this complaint to notify government officials about this matter and stop this from happening to anyone trying to obtain a mortgage loan from this firm.

RE : Unauthorized hard inquiry on credit bureau reports. On Saturday, XX/XX/2019, I was notified by my credit monitoring services that a new hard inquiry had been recorded on my credit bureau reports. Upon investigating the report, I found that XXXX XXXX XXXX, in XXXX XXXX, Idaho, had performed the inquiry. On Monday, XX/XX/2019, I contacted XXXX XXXX XXXX regarding the inquiry. I learned that the inquiry had been ordered by XXXX XXXX, with Leader One Financial, XXXX XXXX Loop XXXX, XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX, Texas, XXXX ( the offices of XXXX XXXX dba Leader One Financial ). I was very concerned over this matter as I had never done business with that company, nor had I applied for any lines of credit recently. I called Leader One Financial and spoke with XXXX '' who informed me their company was in the process of refinancing my ex-wife 's residence, for which the loan was still solely in my name. XXXX said that XXXX XXXX was handling the mortgage application and that they had, in fact, pulled my credit. XXXX claimed that the inquiry should've only been a " soft inquiry '' as it would have been for a mortgage history file. I pointed out to XXXX that, regardless of the type of inquiry it was, Leader One Financial was neither my lender, nor my refinancing company, and that I had not authorized or consented to have anyone pull my credit. I also told her that the inquiry had been recorded as a hard inquiry on all 3 credit bureau agencies and that I wanted the unauthorized inquiry removed. XXXX told me the quickest way to resolve it was to dispute the hard inquiry with each individual credit reporting bureau. I asked if Leader One Financial could simply issue a letter of removal/deletion to have it taken off my report. Again, I was instructed to file a dispute with the credit report agencies and was also told that the on-line systems of the agencies would let me dispute the hard inquiry. Following her instructions, I started with XXXX 's online site, created an account, and initiated the process of launching a dispute. Halfway through the process, I found that I could not dispute hard inquiries online. I then contacted XXXX XXXX XXXX again, where I explained my dilemma to XXXX XXXX. XXXX was most courteous and agreed to help me with my situation. Since that time, XXXX was able to correct the fraudulent transaction that was performed by XXXX XXXX and Leader One Financial. I have never done business with XXXX XXXX or Leader One Financial and I have never given him/them my consent for my credit report to be pulled. His/their actions were not only a violation of the rules/laws, but also unethical.

We refinanced our mortgage earlier this year with LeaderOne Financial Corporation, with a loan origination date of XX/XX/2020. We received an appraisal value of {$370000.00}, and this value was used by the lender to approve the refinance transaction. The appraisal was conducted on XX/XX/2020 and cost {$510.00}. After making our XXXX mortgage payment, our loan-to-value ( LTV ) ratio satisfied the 80 % ratio required for PMI cancellation with an unpaid principal balance of {$300000.00} ( 79.76 % ). We requested PMI removal and received a rejection letter on XX/XX/2020 stating that in order to qualify for PMI removal, we were required to order a new valuation to verify that our property has maintained its original value. Conducting a new appraisal is not only impractical, but poses an undue financial burden and unnecessary health risk. The appraisal used to approve our refinance was ordered through LeaderOne Financial Corporation, and was used to approve our mortgage a mere 108 days before we satisfied the 80 % ratio required for PMI cancellation. We should not be required to 1 ) pay an additional {$320.00} to confirm something that held true 108 days prior, and 2 ) more importantly, to needlessly invite another stranger into our home during a global pandemic, during which time cases continue to spike in our county. I had a phone conversation with a customer service representative of LeaderOne on XX/XX/XXXX, at XXXX Central, and this representative agreed that, given how recently our appraisal was conducted, we should not have to conduct a new appraisal. He advised me to email XXXX with our appraisal document, and again request cancellation of PMI, which I did. Upon not hearing a response, I submitted a second request via XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX. This request was again rejected, and we were again told we were required to conduct an appraisal. On XX/XX/2020, I contacted our original loan officer with LeaderOne, and was told " They should cancel the mortgage insurance automatically when you get to 78 % equity in the property without paying for an appraisal. '' Based on this information and additional research, on XX/XX/2020, we made an additional one-time payment of {$4700.00} to bring our LTV ratio to 77.94 % ( remaining principal balance of {$290000.00} ). Despite being below the 78 % threshold for automatic PMI termination, I saw that we were again charged PMI on XX/XX/2020. I called LeaderOne on XX/XX/2020, at XXXX Central to inquire as to why our PMI had still not been canceled and was again told that would require a new appraisal.

XX/XX/2020 to XX/XX/2020 {$100.00} and {$3200.00} We were 11 days before closing on a new home when the lender LeaderOne Financial Corporation, Branch XXXX XXXX XXXX and his assistant XXXX XXXX. He decided he did not want to help us with the loan for 2 reasons. 1. Taxes 2. Employment. After disclosing the tax information with the lender he waited until XX/XX/XXXX to inform me what needed to be done knowing it could not be done. I sent an email with the details about the taxes. After it was to late to do what he wanted is when I received an email saying what he wanted done. The lender was not happy with the employment, I was going to transfer my job to a office in another state but the office closed so I got another job with a new company in my field making adequate wages to continue. These are the reasons he gave for not wanting to continue with the closing. The lender sent me two loan packets for the above amounts. I am a first time buyer. The loan for {$3200.00} says second mortgage, conventional loan, term 30 years, payment of {$200.00} per month. I received an email stating that it is an down-payment assisted 2nd mortgage. I live in Arizona and the new house is in Wisconsin. I have switched everything, Car insurance, electric, mail, Home owners insurance, all things needed including moving expenses. Now I have to see if I can get a loan from a different company and I need to call everything to change dates. I have been told if I get approved it will take 30 days or longer but I have already quit my current employment and taken a new job in Wisconsin and this creates a real problem. He has created a nightmare for me. He was extremely rude, loud and mean over the phone on a three way call with boyfriend and the realtor. I have included supporting documentation. Something needs to be done, what he did is wrong and has hurt many people. At the very least he needs to reimburse my expenses.

Applied home loan there was incorrect item on my credit report loan officer preapproved loan stating this error not an issue as we had proof of error. Made offer on home XXXX XXXX asked officer on phone and email if loan was good to go she said yes several times. Gave landlord notice. Come mid XXXX XXXX weeks before close. Officer states that error is an issue get a lawyer. I scrambled to get it fixed on my report. They ask seller for extension but said she might not wait till report is fixed. I wrote email saying why did n't you as an expert forsee this would be an issue. Could have been fixed in XXXX why did you say it 's all good go home shopping.? I paid appraisal but asked to put it on hold they said too bad too late.. The credit report was fixed XXXX XXXX with a close now XXXX XXXX. They claimed even though we were good to close needed time to fund they asked seller to extend possibly few days to 1 week. Seller refused cancelled contract. I was totally misled misinformed due to loan officer negligence lack of knowledge she even told me back in XXXX she ran my report past a underwriter but later admitted it was just score and income approved. As someone who does this for a living she should have stated this needs to be fixed before we proceed. Not it 's all good it 's not an issue. Go home shopping your preapproved. She then sent me unprofessional email saying I hurt her feelings after stating I was misled costing me stress loss of my home and XXXX dollars on appraisal. And I should n't point a finger at her. I want my XXXX refunded. ASAP.

I want to file a complaint against XXXX XXXX NMLS XXXX at leader bank in Wisconsin XXXX XXXX I do believe. My first encounter he belittled me like I never have been before telling me in the 5 minutes he talked to me he could tell I have problems. I got off the phone crying. He apologized the next day because I told the person who recommended him. So I cautiously gave him a chance. So as I looked at houses and he is the loan officer he would say hey this new house is coming up do u want to check it out. Of coarse. He asked if I had a realtor I said yes. He said well we have one at the bank who can show you this house if you dont have a signed contract with the realtor. I said thats fine. I wasnt to happy but I was glad to see a house first. So he said meet XXXX. Well I go to the showing and he is there and XXXX is there. He said this is my wife XXXX. I was not happy. I know what he was doing. He was gon na give me the loan if I used XXXX. I was not intrested in the house. So I saw a few houses by owner or at open houses and first thing hed say is do you want XXXX to write the offer. I said no we have a relator I told you this. After several attempts to manipulate me to use his wife and me rejecting him he stopped answering my calls for the loan. Stopped all contact with me. This was very I Nprofessional I felt u confrontable I felt so uneasy. I found a new banker and he had told me about this web site. I will tell you its worth looking into. This is completely against ethics. He should be fired. I hope something should be done

I contacted LeaderOne Financial in XX/XX/2018. I was told that we have plenty time before we have to get the ball rolling, since closing is set for XX/XX/2018. When we got to about three weeks before closing, LeaderOne Financial agreed to match a locked loan estimate I received from another lender on XX/XX/2018. They did this by working with and XXXX XXXX XXXX ( both in Colorado ). Three days later on XX/XX/XXXX, they simply said they can not match it anymore. They dragged their feet on the entire process so that I am forced to go with them. No other lender is able to close on time now. This is essentially costing me about {$10000.00} ( not out of pocket, but in lender credit and closing costs not to even mention the stress, time and effort ). I started getting suspicious when LeaderOne Financial outsourced to XXXX XXXX XXXX, and started using personal email address rather than company email address. They both then outsourced to a major bank ( XXXX XXXX ) who called me and was upfront with me and explained there is no way they can do what these lenders promised me. Now they simply gave up and left me with the mess. I have to forego the deal on the new property and start from scratch.

I purchased a home in XXXX and moved out of it in XXXX. It has been a rental since XXXX. I have applied with 5 lenders for a refinance since XXXX. All mortgage lenders have confirmed value of house is {$200000.00} and payoff balance is {$78000.00}. I have been denied a loan five times because I do not have 6 months worth of monthly house payments in a seasoned bank account. I have been told there are " government guidelines which require the 6 months reserves ''. I was denied a modification by my current lender because they are a servicing company and because my payments are current, house is worth {$200000.00}, and has rental value of {$1400.00} and I receive $ XXXX monthly income from tenants who have lived in the house since XXXX. There was a " balloon '' payment due XXXX/XXXX/XXXX. My mortgage company has notified they will forebear any foreclosure as long as I continue making the house payments. Can you provide me the name, address and telephone number of the government agency who can verify if this guideline only applies to a new purchase and not to a home i purchased 39 years ago. Please provide me with all pertinent information as soon as possible.

On XX/XX/XXXX started a Refinance w/ Lender One Financial out of XXXX Tx . The Broker was XXXX XXXX NMS # XXXX. Worked with this broker for 2 months and was told that my refi was a difficult refi. I was given all kind of reason why and was made to believe it was going to be hard. They had me to do a survey and two appraisals that cost me over {$2000.00} and one of the appraisals was not authorized by me and was charged to my credit card. I finally after inquiring with others, went to another broker. This broker has me closing in 3 weeks. We have been trying to get a release letter signed for the appraisal that was paid for from This Company for week, I have been passed from one to the other and still do not have letter. I know this is not right, should have been done the day I requested it, that is the normal. It is holding my closing up and I do not want to pay for another appraisal. My last contact was on XX/XX/2020 with this company. Please Help with transfer letter. This has jeopardized my refi with this other company.

I had Hail damage Summer 2016 in Colorado XXXX. I have turned every XXXX of the insurance checks over to my Mortgage Company. I have submitted all the required notarized Lien Waiver 's from the contractors. The Mortgage company has subcontracted the Loss Draft portion to another company, which have been very rude and difficult to work with. The mortgage company acknowledged that their subcontractor was not cooperating and appointed a person at their Corporate office to help, to date this person has tried to help, although the subcontractor is not working with her either. I had an inspection from their inspector and he said 95 percent of my work was complete. I have outstanding bills to be paid and they are not releasing the funds because they are saying 5 percent of the work has to be completed. The 5 percent outstanding are the XXXX, which may not happen until the weather in Colorado warms up. Several of the bills are over 30 days late to be paid. I hope you can help.

In XXXX of this year I applied for a home mortgage loan. My relator sent me to this company because she has worked with them and other companies before. I did not know the ins and outs of loan and processing or anything. This company as well as the company they transferred my mortgage over to are companies to help build your credit. The thing is I already have a great credit score. One thing I was never told is that I have two loans. I never knew they had me take out a second loan and it was done without me even knowing vs just giving the original amount and having me find a home less than what I got. The home was not worth what I paid. I did not know too much about anything. I just want this company and the relator I had to know what they did was not right. I just don't want this happen to anyone else. If I could take back anything, I would have never said yes to this relationship with any of the people who helped me., because they did a horrible job.

I am applying for a home loan and there is a home Mortgage foreclosure listed on my credit report provided by " Credit report trend credit data ''. The creditor is Leader one financial corp. The mortgage is a reverse mortgage that belonged to my mother. She passed away in XX/XX/2018. The reverse mortgage was a part of her estate, and I was not a signer on the mortgage. The mortgage went into foreclosure, and I purchased the home from Leader One days later. However my credit reports reflects the foreclosure on my credit. I was never a signer or co-signer on this mortgage, only the purchaser of a foreclosed home from an estate.
