I believe this is a scam by XXXX XXXX. They are asking for XXXX but I had no debt. I believe this is a mistake. I rented an apartment ( duplex ) from them from XXXX had left the apartment in immaculate condition ( better than when I moved in ) and paid a professional service XXXX XXXX XXXX clean the apartment, including the bathrooms, behind the appliances, and ceiling fans and shampoo the carpets. I have a receipt for {$350.00}. I have pictures as well. I even cleaned out the garage floors. It was n't even dirty to begin with I am a very clean person, living alone. There were no damages to the walls, I did not even hang any paintings. They did not complete a walk through with me because it was a holiday weekend and they were closing early. Not only did they they not give me my deposit back, they billed me an outrageous amount of money for normal wear and tear such as painting, but again, I did n't damage anything. There were previous cracks in the tile which they knew about. I also changed the locks ( With their permission and still kept the original ) and they said I did n't have to change them back just drop off the keys. I wrote them to inquire what those charges were for and that I believed that they were they may have confused me with another tenant and they wrote me a nasty email back and sent my information to collections. I believe I went above and beyond. I was very cordial and tried to work with them but got frustrated. I recently searched the intenet and found XXXX XXXX had done the same things to other previous tenants. Why they would try to intentionally damage someones credit I do not know except to hurry them so they could not rent from someone else. I am considering initiating a class action lawsuit for the false accusations. I had a friend who rented from them who had XXXX dogs who destroyed the apartment and they treated me just the same as her which I thought was not fair.

I WENT THRU SMALL CLAIMS COURT IN XXXX AND SUED THE XXXX FOR THE COST OF DAMAGES OF MY BELONGINGS BEING DESTROYED IN A STORAGE UNIT. THE JUDGEMENT FOR THE ORDER WAS THAT I WAS TO HAVE ACCESS TO GET MY BELONGINGS AND XXXX GROUP WAS NOT TO TRY TO COLLECT ANYTHING FROM ME AS I HAD A XXXX BALANCE. ON OR ABOUT XX/XX/XXXX I RECEIVED A LETTER FROM XXXX STATING THAT I OWED XXXX XXXX. I CALLED XXXX AT LAZARUS XXXX AND EXPLAINED THE SITUATION. I THEN MAILED THE COPY OF THE JUDGEMENT ON XX/XX/2016 AND THEN I NOTICED THAT THE COMPANY PLACED ON MY CREDIT. I TRIED TO REACH THIS COMPANY FOR XXXX WEEKS STRAIGHT AND THE PHONE JUST RANG, I WAS UNABLE TO LEAVE A VOICEMAIL AND NO ONE RESPONDED TO EMAILS. I THEN EMAILED ANOTHER COPY OF JUDGEMENT FROM THE XXXX COURTS ON XX/XX/XXXX. XXXX CONFIRMED RECEIPT AFTER NUMEROUS ATTEMPTS TO REACH THEM ON XX/XX/XXXX AND TOLD ME THAT HE DID N'T BELIEVE THIS JUDGEMENT AND HE HAD TO TO FURTHER RESEARCH AND WOULD NOT REMOVE IT. IT HAS NOT BEEN XXXX AND THIS DEBT IS STILL ON MY CREDIT. I HAVE A LEGAL ORDER THAT I DO NOT OWE THIS COMPANY ANYTHING AS MY ITEMS WERE COMPLETELY DAMAGED AND THEY WAITED XXXX AFTER COURT TO SEND TO COLLECTION AGENCY WHO DOES NOT RESPOND. I AM SEEKING THAT THIS COMPANY REMOVE THIS FROM MY CREDIT AS IT IS NOT VALID AND IS BEING ILLEGALLY REPORTED. I AM A SINGLE MOTHER IN THE PROCESS OF GETTING A HOME AND THIS IS PREVENTING ME MY MAKING MY CREDIT SCORE DROP.I NEVER RECEIVED ANY CORRESPONDENCE AFTER COURT DATE FROM COMPANY SHOWING BALANCE OR ATTEMPT TO COLLECT TO RESOLVE. Lazarus FinancialXXXX TX XXXXUnited StatesThis company continues to levy a collection item on my credit report even though I have provided them all the responses they requested concerning Identity Theft. This debt is NOT my debt and it needs to be REMOVED from my credit report as a collection item. I never heard from this company prior to them placing the derogatory item on my credit report and XXXX I learned they hurt my credit I have asked repeatedly they remove the item from my credit. They refuse.

I applied for my credit report, when I noticed items on my credit that I have never seen before, so I called the credit agencies and told them that items on my report were incorrect and they needed to be removed because I did not apply for them. They told me to file a police report and indicate what happened, which is why Im currently filing this complaint. Someone that Im not aware of used my identity to gain access to my credit and used it for what I did not authorized.

I have written and written this firm many many times with no response. they are reporting on my credit report and will not send me any information about the debt they are reporting. This firm keeps verifying with the credit bureaus without having validated it with me which is a violation of the law. They just ignore consumer mail i guess. this is causing me financial hardship and the continued reporting of an unvalidated unverifiable debt is illegal.
