This company, LAWSON HAMILTON AND ASSO, shows I owe a XXXX agency {$670.00}. I remember this visit, from years ago, and I paid out of pocket in full. It was a terrible experience and XXXX never forget the visit. Since then, the actual company is out of business. The company name was " XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ''. I paid everything that day and owe them nothing.
So when I saw this on my credit, on XX/XX/2022 I called Lawson Hamiliton and asked for some sort of detailed billing. Maybe I'm wrong and do owe it, I'm human. But I'm pretty sure I don't own the out of business a penny. They told me they don't have anything to show me. Nothing to validate this is real.
So I decided to dispute it. I called up XXXX and spoke to someone who put the dispute in for me. I told him in detail about this charge. I asked for some sort of proof, validatiaon, nothing. Well nothing changed. I feel this is a violation of the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA )

I contacted Lawson Hamilton and AS I reference to a medical collections account and it not belonging to me. They verified that the birthdate and social did not match my information however the account remains on my credit report. I have asked them several times to remove it since it does not belong to me. This is causing me to have a negative item on my credit report and not being able to qualify for a home loan

LAW HAM ASC is reporting on my XXXX credit report that I owe them money and have not validated the debt Ive tried to call and my calls havent been unanswered. I have never done business with them nor do I owe them any money.
