This company, LAWSON HAMILTON AND ASSO, shows I owe a XXXX agency {$670.00}. I remember this visit, from years ago, and I paid out of pocket in full. It was a terrible experience and XXXX never forget the visit. Since then, the actual company is out of business. The company name was " XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ''. I paid everything that day and owe them nothing. So when I saw this on my credit, on XX/XX/2022 I called Lawson Hamiliton and asked for some sort of detailed billing. Maybe I'm wrong and do owe it, I'm human. But I'm pretty sure I don't own the out of business a penny. They told me they don't have anything to show me. Nothing to validate this is real. So I decided to dispute it. I called up XXXX and spoke to someone who put the dispute in for me. I told him in detail about this charge. I asked for some sort of proof, validatiaon, nothing. Well nothing changed. I feel this is a violation of the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA )

I have a growing debt from Lawson Hamilton & Associates that says it's originally from XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. I have reached out to this company multiple times though email and through disputes to get this off my record. This is a medical debt that I incurred while fighting for my life in the emergency room and my medical insurance covered all of it. I have been fighting with them for years now to get it removed and they continue to simply increase the amount and hound me with calls or letters. I have been homeless on and off for about a year and I can't get my head above water due to a simple medical debt that was covered by my insurance. As of right now I have a XXXX balance due for an account that should have never even been on my report to begin with since it was covered by my insurance.

I contacted Lawson Hamilton and AS I reference to a medical collections account and it not belonging to me. They verified that the birthdate and social did not match my information however the account remains on my credit report. I have asked them several times to remove it since it does not belong to me. This is causing me to have a negative item on my credit report and not being able to qualify for a home loan

LAWSON HAMILTON AND ASSOCIATES is attempting to collect a debt on behalf of a medical provider that I do not owe. The charges calculated by the provider 's medical biller are false. I informed my provider of the bills I began to receive from his medical biller years ago and inquired about the validity of charges. He informed me not to worry about it. Now, I have a collection on my credit report.

I contacted XXXX and XXXX to the validate a medical debt that was on my credit report. I sent both companies certified letters requesting them to do so and they failed to send me any documents to show validation of this debt. I asked them to please remove the debt because this is a violation of hippa law and they have yet to do so.

I received a call requesting to payoff my debt. I explained to them that I would like to see it in writing since I do not know who they are. He refused to send me any information and told me that they did not have to send me anything i asked them to send me.
