I called the office to request the balance of my judgement. They gave me the total balance. I asked what the balance of my judgement was again, she gave me the total. I said, " how many payments have I made towards my judgement '' she told me, " that was what the receipts were for. '' I asked to speak to her supervisor, her supervisor did not want to hear how rude the collector was to me, she ALSO gave me the total amount. I asked her for just the judgement, she began to tell me how I should go about requesting the judgement amount. I let her know I asked her em ployee 3+ tim es and her twice and if someone could just give me the total amount of my judgement only. She gave me the judgement amount FINALLY. I hung up and as I was hanging up called them jerks. When I called back and asked to speak to the attorney, I was yelled at and told that THEY would n't be treated that way. Not one time did they ever give the mini miranda. The supervisor never said it, neither did the collector. I am pretty sure that is required for every collection call. They also never verified I was who I said I was. Not an address, a SSN a birthday. They could have essentially been giving my information to anyone who called.
