XXXX XXXX XXXX is noncompliance with the federal requirements pursuant to 12 CFR 1006, section 803 through 812 of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act.
XXXX XXXX XXXX was sent a cease and desist order which he has continuously violated.
XXXX XXXX XXXX was sent a debt validation notice which he was notified the debt was not validated properly. He has continued to attempt collection.
He also continues to sell PRIVATE information about the consumer to other third parties for collection attempt.
He has failed to identify himself and answer to Freedom of Information Request.
I have reason to believe he is not registered to do business.
