Around XXXX XX/XX/2017 I hear a loud banging of the door of my residence. I peak out my window and do n't notice the XXXX car parked right outside.
A man keeps banging out my door and now yells if I ( says my full name ) did n't answer that he threatened to call the Sheriff 's Department. *My brother is a witness to this entire incident.
With fear of possibly being arrested I open my door where a XXXX man in plain clothes with XXXX hair possibly in his XXXX 's hands me what is now a Summons against me that states I am being sued. He does not give me his name or where he was from.
