In XXXX I defaulted on my student loan. I went to court with the company that was seeking repayment and told them that I was willing to work out a deal to repay my loan. The company decided not to pursue the debt at they missed court dates. The case was dismissed in court.
During about the same time but before the original case was dismissed another company came and filled suit at the same court house for the same debt. I had no idea that this company filed a civil complaint. The paper work i received I believed to be from the original company. I was being sued at the same court house for the same debt at the same time.This all happened in XXXX.
Finally when I realized this it was XXXX. I filed a motion to dismiss the case which the judge granted but also said that this case would start from square XXXX.
I do not believe this second company owns the debt and I should be protected from this type of practice debt collection practice. I have not been able to find an attorney to take the case and have been looking for months.

I had a debt with XXXX XXXX that was being handled for collections by an Attorney Gary Kreppel ( see attached ) .We arrived at a settlement and I advised I could pay by XX/XX/XXXX and it was agreed upon.The monies were sent but the check was never cashed.I am attaching evidence of payment and receipt of payment.The settlent letter evidences a date of XX/XX/XXXX but his office was informed that the earliest it would be there would be XXXX and I was informed that it would be no problem..He has been deceptive and I operated in good faith.I did n't receive the court notification until after the court date.i have moved XXXX in the last year.

An attorney representing XXXX sent me an envelope that disclosed my personal information in the window of the envelope. This is clearly a violation which i have a picture.
