KOWAL, P.A, located at XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX, FL XXXX, mailed a debt or demand letter dated XX/XX/2021 ( see Attachment # 1 ) ; the debt or demand letter specifically indicate that it is done " Pursuant to 83.561, Florida Statute XXXX which is a repealed state law ; it is also notated in the letter that an undisclosed " portion and practice '' thereof was done " Pursuant to the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act ... '' A debt verification letter was timely mailed on XX/XX/2021 in response to the debt or demand letter, and timely received by XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX see Attachment # 2 ) ; XXXX XXXX XXXX has failed to cease further collection attempts and to duly respond to the debt verification letter as required, but he has rather proceeded to collect the invalidated or unverified debt, without due process of law, and through excessively aggressive actions that has led to a large group of heavily armed men in tactical gears and with guns to forcefully remove me from my lawful place of abode.
