I got a letter threatening me with a lawsuit on XX/XX/XXXX from Pterson Nykamp LLC and have received multiple phone calls to my phone and job asking to pay back a debt from XXXX the statue of limitations in Utah is 4 years. i have tried calling them and told them to cease & desist these harassments tactics. in the letter they say that if i don't call or write to them by XXXX XXXX XXXX they will assume this debt is mine. this debt is not mine the last time i had XXXX XXXX was in XXXX way past the statue of limitations in the state of Utah. i want them to stop mailing and calling me and my job threatening me with collecting a debt that is not mine.
