This company is trying to collect nearly {$16000.00} on a {$7200.00} private loan debt from XX/XX/XXXX. it was with XXXX XXXX but they bought the debt in XX/XX/XXXX for a few hundred dollars. They sued me in XX/XX/XXXX, but never notified me of the lawsuit or even notified me that I owed THEM the money. I have court documents proving I was insufficiently served but Since i never knew about the lawsuit or court date, I did not show up and a judgement was made against me. I still was never notified of the judgement, or even made aware of the debt ( which had since doubled because of interest ) until last month ( 8 years later ) when my employer received a wage garnishment notice. The next day my bank account was drained, and so was that of my mother and father. I called the creditor immediately because i had no idea why these actions were being take, and the woman told me I must pay her {$8000.00} within 10 days or they will take {$200.00} a week from my paycheck and keep all the money taken from our bank accounts. She refused to tell me whether the statute of limitations were up, and told me to 'ask my grandma to take out a loan to pay them ' or 'ask my boss for money ' to pay them. This was extremely inappropriate and unprofessional. I told her I was getting a lawyer and she told me it was a bad idea because there is nothing I can do. The incessant phone calls and fake legal documents bombarded me and my family. Actions which could have been taken at any point in the last 10 years so i could have worked something out. I went on to get a lawyer, who sent a letter to the creditor saying they are not to contact me or may family and all communication should be through him. Yet every weekend the company sends 'notice of levees ' against me and my parents and continues to harass us. Not only were we under extreme economic hardship prior to their actions, it is now worse and taking a toll on my well being and the well being of my family due to their relentless attempts to strong arm money out of an already struggling family.

I received a communication from the Law Office of Steven A. Booska dated on XX/XX/2022. I replied to their communication that this debt is not mine and is as a result of Identity Theft. I thereafter, receive a second communication from this office dated XX/XX/2022 stating that they " have validated '' the account via a copy of records from their client- which they enclosed. After reviewing the enclosed information, I have never done business with XXXX XXXX or any doctor in XXXX XXXX, XXXX which is more than XXXX miles away from my place of residence. This account does not belong to me.

After my first complaint to your board the snide and demeaning response from this lawyer was unacceptable I am a victim of true name identity theft he threatening me told me to take it up with his firm privately I do not feel comfortable doing that he is a predator and he is unfortunately being allowed to stalk his victims and make victims into criminals he has a judgment against me an unlawful one and he did not serve me properly I would also like to add that Im going to the state bird of California to see about him getting his license revoked

This debt is a collection company Steven A Booska Attorney at law, the debt is for a federal student loan, which is in for bearance with a server XXXX, the 2nd account is a personal loan with XXXX XXXX XXXX, that has been discharge under bankruptcy in XX/XX/XXXX I have sent all documentation to this collection, company, they have refused to except any of the documents, they keep sending, letters that are not appropriate and harass and using threating tactics, please help.

A man by the name of XXXX XXXX XXXX was granted a default judgement against me for a XXXX XXXX that I never took out. The person who did take it out is dead, is not related to me and has no ties to my family. XXXX XXXX has been trying to sue me for 10 years but was never successful because I was always able to intercept the summons. This time he didnt serve me and I was unaware of the court hearing and now subsequent default judgement against me that has ruined my credit.

Fraudulent, never served, default judgment for a dept that is not mine. calls me at work repeatedly, never mailed a notice of Judgment, then leined my property. Levied my Bank, I don't know this person, never owed this person. garnish my wages by provideing false information to the court.
doubled in amount with interest that I never owed in the first place.
