We went to court before the COVID-19 started. I was recovering from XXXX and XXXX XXXX from XX/XX/XXXX & XX/XX/XXXX. The original Creditor is XXXX XXXX in which XXXX XXXX had shared my XXXX Procedure ( XXXX XXXX XXXX ) Without my permission. I have never signed any ( XXXX ) form to release any of my medical or dental records to ( XXXX XXXX XXXX ) or anyone. I have been back and fouth with ( XXXX XXXX XXXX about not owning this amount of money to ( XXXX XXXX ) XXXX XXXX XXXX Mentioned to the Judge he had made a mistake about the amount that is owed, he stated His Client ( XXXX XXXX ) said it was {$1100.00}. XXXX dollars before the courts had closed down for COVID-19 I told the Judge that {$1100.00}. The Judge told him to send me that correction and he never did, of the {$1100.00}. XXXX dollars, which was also, incorrect. ( XXXX ) the Receptionist who was working there at the time told me after I had paid my insurance covered it after two months later they claimed I owed more.

Original claimed collection started by another company, it was communicated that the amount is unknown and invalid and to substantiate the original bill, this was not done and passed on to this company after it was communicated the bill was in dispute.
