Robertson d/b/a Attorney for XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX d/b/a XXXX XXXX XXXX, stole private property owned by the consumers Trust claiming the consumer owes a debt, proceeded and took legal actions against the consumer on violating 15 U.S. Code 1692i - Legal actions by debt collectors ( b ) Authorization of actions Nothing in this subchapter shall be construed to authorize the bringing of legal actions by debt collectors.

Robertson d/b/a Attorney did not communicate with XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX, the consumer about obtaining his place of abodes location, violating15 U.S. Code 1692b - Acquisition of location information * Henry L. Robertson d/b/a Attorney did not receive oral or written consent to contact consumer regarding any debt, violating 15 U.S. Code 1692c - Communication in connection with debt collection * XXXX XXXX XXXX d/b/a Attorney proceeded and sent certain deceptive forms to the consumers place of abode on XX/XX/2021, and XX/XX/2021, violating 15 U.S. Code 1692j - Furnishing certain deceptive forms * Henry L. Robertson d/b/a Attorney and & XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX d/b/a XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX all XXXX cease and desist orders issued on XX/XX/2021, XX/XX/2021 and, XX/XX/2021 by the consumer, violating Federal Consumer Law , according to 15 U.S. Code 1692c - Communication in connection with debt collection ( c ) Ceasing communication, * Henry L. Robertson d/b/a Attorney and & XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX has used deceptive and unconscionable means to collect a debt , violating15 U.S. Code 1692f.Unfair practices * XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX the consumer is entitled to damages according to, 15 U.S. Code 1692k - Civil liability ( a ) Amount of damages Except as otherwise provided by this section, any debt collector who fails to comply with any provision of this subchapter with respect to any person is liable to such person in an amount equal to the sum of ( 1 ) any actual damage sustained by such person as a result of such failure.
