On XX/XX/2019 XXXX XXXX XXXX in cahoots with XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX wrongfully received a judgment ( {$1800.00} ) by filling a request and writ for garnishment ( periodic ) against me in a state that I do not and have not resided in ( XXXX XXXX, XXXX ) in over 30 years this is a violation of my rights and protection under the fair debit collections and practices act 808. Unfair practices.
The above parties presented fabricated documents which stated that I was severed in person and misrepresented contact information to the State of XXXX XXXX Judicial District Judicial Circuit in order to receive a judgement against me in the monetary amount listed above this was a violation of my rights under the fair debit collections and practices act 807. False or misleading representations. XXXX XXXX XXXX along with XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX stated that I was served with a writ ( in person ) and also delivered a copy of said writ to my last known address by first - class mail. The above statements are false based upon the following facts : ( 1 ) it's been 30+ years since I lived in XXXX and ( 2 ) My last known address would have been in ( XXXX , XXXX ). Being that the debt which XXXX XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX is included with my Chapter XXXX Bankruptcies in which the original creditor has knowledge of places the above plaintiffs in full violations of disobeying a court order and my rights and protection under Federal Bankruptcies law, which states that XXXX XXXX XXXX, along with XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX are breaking the law by collecting upon a debit through wage garnishments which is included in my chapter XXXX bankruptcies

the company sued me for the debt in XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/2012 . an d the debt I should not be sued because I had a case in XXXX XXXX XXXX the case was XXXX and I had to se rve 11 months in XXXX an d 5 yrs XXXX but I violated the felony probation and was resentenced to the XXXX XXXX XXXX in the XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX the law I violated is XXXX and I had XXXX previous convictions so I had t he 2yr atta ched to the 3rd NSF Checks < 100.00 but >500.00 the prosecutor filed a request for a subpoena of my bank records and came a list of the checks I wrote and this check I am being or was sued for is in my felony case the XXXX is the civil case and should be not sued for and was 5yrs old when that case happened and it is no w 10yrs o ld

I asked this company to send me some information about the bills that is owed and they did n't. They threatened to come to my place of work and told me I better take action because they were going to sue me.
