On XX/XX/2018 I filed a written demand ( USPS Certified mail # XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ) for Validation of Debt with Landmark Accounts Inc. a debt purchaser in XXXX, IN for an negative collection account they placed on my consumer credit files with XXXX , XXXX, XXXX and others. I requested legal validation and documents showing bearing my signature that makes me liable for this account. It has been more than 30 days and Landmark Accounts Inc. has refused to validate the debt and continues to report the debt as valid to the credit bureaus. I am requesting your assistance in getting this debt validated or removed.
