On XX/XX/XXXX I was first contacted by XXXX XXXX of Lakeside Recovery Solutions by a threatening phone call about collecting a debt. I was threatened with garnished wages and told I had to act fast to avoid being taken to court for this. I requested information to be sent to prove the validity of the debt and was instead sent the original rental purchase agreement and skip tracing. On the same date, I responded via e-mail as well as certified mail formally disputing the debt and requesting the original credit application, financial account of the debt including all payments made and any other fees or charges added to the balance, copies of any correspondence sent and any other documents pertaining to the debt. I had also requested to be contacted only but mail or e-mail. I had not heard back. Over a year later on XX/XX/XXXX my boyfriend and I were left voicemails from a XXXX XXXX of the same agency. In these voicemails to myself and the third party, they left my name, address, gave information stating it was about a breeched contract matter under legal review against my name and social security number, and then left a file number to reference this complaint. He also contacted my mother and actually spoke with her on the matter, giving away personal information. When I spoke to someone from the agency, I had brought up the previous dispute and they claimed to have just bought the account and had no knowledge or history of it- even though it was the same company.

I got a call from Lakeside Recovery Solutions on XX/XX/2021, They stated I owed a debt that I had no recollection of I asked the guy there to send me proof of debt and he said they cant send it anymore because they have sent it as many times as he can. I have never received anything from them and he began to tell me I am being a narcissist and that since I am a business owner I should have no problem paying the debt. He began to say that he didn't care if I paid or not because the Lawyers were going to sue me and take even more money from me. He then said he is there to answer questions but when I began asking questions he started saying that I am just trying to get out of paying and one of the questions I asked he stated he answered the question when he first answered the phone and was extremely rude about it. I told the guy on the phone that they had rules as debt collectors that they needed to follow and he told me that he has been doing this longer then I have been alive and that I dont know what I am talking about. He also told me to go detail cars to go make more money. I believe this company is a scam, if they were willing to help people they wouldn't treat people the way the do. I would like a copy of the call transcripts from every conversation I had with them yesterday. First call was at XXXX second call at XXXX third call at XXXX and 4th call at XXXX. All calls took place on XX/XX/2021.

Lakeside Recovery Solutions are calling my daughter 's phone stating I owe a debt. The issue is I'm not the person they are claiming that owe the debt. They claimed my number is associated with that person so they gave me all of the person 's info. They gave me all of the information about the " case '' even though I'm not that person. I tried calling back to speak to a manager so they can take my daughter 's number off of the calling list but instead the person decided to tell me that I knew the person and was doing them a disservice by not giving them the info. I keep repeating that I don't know the person and they are calling my daughter 's phone, one of my business lines and to cease calling this number. The person got hostile with me and threaten the person the debt belong to. This is a big problem. They told me all the details of the account, the person 's private information including their address and phone number. This is a direct violation of CFPB.

This man called my brother in another state, XXXX XXXX in Oregon, I am in California and have a current phone number in my credit. pretending to have an appointment with me in regards to a company that he didnt represent. This caused me undo hardship in having my personal issues divulge to my brothers judgment. This person than threaten legal action saying he was an attorney when I called to speak with him I arranged payment out of fear. He charged my account XX/XX/2021, and I still dont know really if Im liable for this amount, he did have my credit and information. I asked him to call me, several times after the first interaction, but could not. The amount taken wasnt agreed upon, I dont know if they are going to continue to harass me or my relations

XXXX XXXX saids he is a paralegal, of Lakeside Recovery Solutions phone number, XXXX.Just found phonecall today but date on voicemail XXXX.He saids i returned mail in reference to a legal matter i have returned no mail these past months he doesnt have my address and wants me to update my address on there system? He has my name and last 4 # 's of my social security number.He states they hold the legal right to begin the forceful recovery process they have a pending docket # XXXX.dotUS.They dont tell me the company i owe money too? They dont mention an amount? and they are giving me a docket # yet they dont know my address? This is the first phonecall from this company and it made me uncomfortable.

XX/XX/2023 - about XXXX - My mother received a phone call asking for my most recent address and telephone number from Lakeside Recovery. I called and immediately asked for verification of the debt- which they did not offer. The agent only continued to list addresses I have previously lived at and threatened me with a lawsuit and wage garnishment. The agent was also incredibly rude and said I would " owe him an apology '' when I had to call back and pay the debt. When I called the company they alleged I had an account with ( XXXX XXXX XXXX ) no one could verify the debt. I sent a cease and desist letter immediately.

On XX/XX/XXXX I received a phone call from my daughter saying that someone called her from Lakeside Recovery Solutions ( XXXX ) looking for me saying that the number they had on file was disconnected and were pressuring her for my number! When she said she wouldn't give it to them and that she would pass along a message, they got rude and said " well you'd better give her the message! ". She did and now I am filing this complaint. They did call my number before and my security app blocked them earlier that same day at XXXX ... .I do not know who these people are so I XX/XX/XXXXthem. Please help! Thank you!

On Tuesday I was doing a bank transaction for a personal loan and the official told me that he had a collection account from a rental company, which I did not recognize, I took the company 's information and called the next day, and they informed me that It was about a rental in the city of Texas, where I have never lived, according to the information I am XXXX XXXX XXXX, and they used my second last name ( XXXX ) account that I do not recognize in this claim I request that it be removed from my Credit Report in all companies that report, since I need to have my clean history for future transactions.

This debt collector, Lakeside, called my phone, my wifes, and one of my children and left a message containing my name, date of birth, and address. How is this legal? How are they sure enough to leave my personal information in a message? They could have called 3 wrong numbers and left my personal details to strangers. How do I know they didnt call any numbers I used to have and do the same thing? Is this legal to leave this sort of information in a message and couldnt my identity be insecure leaving this on a message? These messages were left on XX/XX/2021

I am receiving non-stop harassing calls and texts from " XXXX XXXX '' and " XXXXXXXX XXXX. '' My mother is also receiving these calls and texts and is being told about this stuff which is not OK. She lives nowhere near me and is calling me to see why she is getting non-stop calls from debt collectors. I have contacted each company through their site on more than one occasion and have not received a response that provides insight to what debt I supposedly owe.

I have been receiving phone calls and voice mails from lakeside recovery solutions from a phone number +XXXX ( XXXX ) XXXX-XXXX and other numbers. In the voicemails they are leaving threatening messages that i will be sued, that they will try to take my vehicle. They leave messages that if i dont cal back that day they will file a judgement and sue me. I have received no written notices of a debt. They have also been leaving voicemails on my mothers phone.

Lakeside collection services will make repeated calls one after another without leaving voicemails, they reach out to family members via phone to tell them if I do not pay them they will sue me and I need to contact them immediately as well as going into detail about how much I owe and for what. Family members are not or were not on the XXXX credit card from 2015. Also this debt has been taken off my credit report.

Laskeside XXXX continuously keeps calling family and friends stating I owe a debt and must get in contact with them. I asked them several times to stop calling me or my family which they ignored. They are harassing my family and stating they have them down as a reference which is lie as I never received any type of communication from them nor do I owe any debt to this company.
