Today as of XX/XX/2021 I received a threatening call from a credit agency representing XXXX XXXX. This is a collection agency that I previously had a payment plan with. I missed my payment last month because we had to cancel our bank card due to fraud in our account. I attempted to explain to him that I do not have a new bank card yet and we are only using cash. He became aggressive and extremely rude. I explained to him that we have suffered a hardship from Covid and we are using national debt relief to consolidate our debt. He then insulted me and said that XXXX is a fraudulent company and he continued to cut me off saying that they are going to proceed to sue my husband. I said to him that it is against the law and your continuous Robo calls are aggressive and excessive. He became very agitated and started to yell saying tell your husband to get a lawyer and you do not you deserve to work with our company. He threatened me to prepare for a lawsuit. I told him if you were nice and respectful to me I was going to work out a payment plan with you. He again raised his voice at me and said get a lawyer and then he hung up. He has been calling me the last month excessively at least 10 times a day along with holidays, early mornings, Sundays, and late at night.

A woman by the name of XXXX XXXX has repeated called my family members asking for me after being asked to stop. On XX/XX/XXXX, XXXX XXXX left a voicemail on my family member 's cell phone ; however, she never identified herself as a debt collector. On XX/XX/XXXX, XXXX XXXX also contacted another family member by phone at their place of employment. XXXX XXXX contacted me today, XX/XX/XXXX from an " unknown '' number. She did not identify herself as a debt collector. Upon asking for her company name, she stated " Lakeside Receivables ''. These calls from XXXX XXXX have been happening since late XXXX. They either call from different phone numbers or blocked numbers to disguise themselves. I have no debt with Lakeside Receivables and ask that they be sent a warning letter to cease all contact to me and any of my relatives, former or current employers, friends and associates.

A debt collector ( named " XXXX XXXX with phone # XXXX from Lakesie Receivables LLC ) is contacting me at my home and work and my family ( wife and daugher ) repeatedly looking for my NEPHEW who owes a debt. The debt is NOT my debt and is for a nephew we have not seen in years. I have told the debt collector we do not see, and have not seen, my nephew and do not know where he is but they keep calling and do not stop. Again, I have nothing to do with this debt or my nephew who supposedly has a debt with them.

I've had this company hound and harrass me for the past year, after repeated attempts to tell them I do not know who the person is they are looking for.I have asked them several times to take me off there call list to no avail.They start out first calling my home phone number, then they proceed to call my cell phone and then also call my wifes cell phone.This company is the worst, the people that work there dont understand what it is when someone asks to be removed from there call list.

I paid off a balance to this collection agency that promised me if i pay the certain amount they would send me a letter that would clear off there negative trade line off of my credit report. They sent me a letter that is useless and doesnt clear the tradeline off my report. The letter has been downloaded.

This company keeps contacting me over a debt that is at least 10 years old, not even on my credit report. They constantly call and have sent me emails saying there is a warrant for my arrest. Im also pretty sure its not the correct amount I owe. And change amount owed in various emails.
