I financed a vehicle from a buy here pay here lot. I voluntarily reposted the vehicle 2 years later after making monthly on time payments. However the loan was sold to another company who has now placed a judgement on my credit for more than the value of the vehicle after the vehicle was sold. Which they are now attempting to garnish my wages from my employer and affecting my credit.

They garnished my wages starting in spring XXXX. I spoke to them and told them this was discharged in a bankruptcy. They stated they didnt care about that but they did negotiate to a lower amount. This continued to the end of XXXX.
When I moved out of state and they began garnishment again in XX/XX/XXXX.
