XXXX XXXX is who the debt is with. I have been dealing with them for a year and been in contact with XXXX XXXX from them. There weee issues with the account from day one because I signed up with XXXX XXXX and was not notified of XXXX until XXXX contacted me of making a payment to them. So once I worked out everything I had been making payments and been in contact with XXXX XXXX continuously. I was furloughed in XXXX and I let XXXX know in XXXX she did a deferred payment to be due XX/XX/XXXX. Luckily I returned to work and made the payment processed on XX/XX/XXXX. Yesterday XX/XX/XXXX I received a Civil Lawsuit from them owing more then the balance and now have about XXXX extra in fees. I was not notified of being sent to collections by them. XXXX never mentioned it at all until yesterday and was told them to contact them but my account is in good standing and she will let them know. This is complete chaios. Im not sure what I can do at this point or what to do.
