I took out a personal line of credit on XX/XX/2023 for medical purposes. Loan number XXXX This was with a tribal company Opichi Funds LLC po box XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX. The amount was {$3000.00}. It was my understanding the interest was {$300.00} a month because that is what the first bill stated due on XX/XX/2023. I am not working due to hospitalization but knew I could get help to pay that monthly. I have now received a bill for {$3800.00} due on XX/XX/XXXX. I contacted them today because I took out he line of credit for medical purposes and am currently undergoing treatments and have the medical documentation as evidence. I had no idea the interest was 338.75 % which is what I am now being told. I asked if I could stop the interest and would attempt to pay {$300.00} a month for XXXX months to pay the original amount plus the {$300.00}. I was told they could do nothing and would not work with me. Please help me resolve this. I contacted an attorney and was told let them take me to court because it would be thrown out in the State of Tennessee and he would represent me. My other option is to include it in a bankruptcy. I would like to attempt to work something out with them but they will not.

On XX/XX/31, I applied for and was approved for an {$800.00} loan. When applying, the rep asked me for my full debit card number, including the security card. We then had to call the bank to verify my account, including the total available balance ( which I thought was kind of odd ). I should have gone with my gut.
That night, an unauthorized charge for over {$300.00} at XXXX was charged using my debit card. Right away, I called my bank to cancel my card and get a new one reissued. Overnight, another charge tried to go through for {$500.00} for some airline tickets. Coincidence that the total was {$800.00}? I don't think so.
Looking further into it with XXXX and the airlines, the name of the person using the card was the same as my rep and the area was where she lived.
I emailed all this information to XXXX XXXX but they have yet to respond. I am looking for compensation for the fraudulent charges and/or my loan forgiven for the hassle.

In XXXX of 2023 I applied for a new loan at Eloanwarehouse, only getting XXXX and had about {$190.00} to pay off so they combined the loan. The payment is {$240.00} for 6 months. However I got to pay the Federal close to XXXX and State {$1000.00} I couldn't pay XXXX but paid on time and well the last 2 months, and they said they would attached the payment at the end of XXXX. I looked at the payment it's {$520.00} Heck I only borrowed {$490.00} and paid {$490.00} back and this additional {$520.00}. XXXX and they got 3 more payments. I can't pay a car payment to these people this is against Federal Law in NC to even charge those outrageous fees.

This company is charging over XXXX % interest that is against the state of XXXX law and is not licensed to loan in my state I contacted the company and withdrew XXXX and XXXX card authorization at the advise of an attorney and offered to pay back principal only but they want me to call instead of responding in writing. Due to the illegal loan shark loan I am willing to reimburse principal only.

On Thursday, XX/XX/XXXX, and in accordance with the Loan Agreement attached to this email, I contacted eLoanWarehouse by email in order to revoke my authorization of electronic payment. Despite the Loan Agreement merely stating that I needed to send notice via email, I received a series of emails insisting that I also needed to call ( also attached to this email ).

As we have always done, we asked for the full XXXX to be taken out on the XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX have had XXXX XXXX and did not know I was put in a system to loose lots of money to that company. We have made it plain we do not see the terms they changed us to. For ever paying this bill.. we have already paid XXXX for nothing they say. XXXX!

I opened a line of credit with Eloanwarehouse XX/XX/2022. Right after, I lost my job so I sent a revocation of XXXX letter. The company is NOT supposed to debit my account but today, XX/XX/2022 without warning, they took XXXX from my account which overdrafted my account. I would like all of my money plus banking fees returned Immediately.
