I moved from XXXXXXXX XXXX in XXXX and broke my lease on good terms. I moved out of state and they agreed to keep the security deposit, as I was breaking my lease. They also agreed that I left on good terms and the apartment was in good standing. Since then, they have been under new management several times. Back in XXXX, I was moving into an Apartment who said that it was on my rental history and that I would not be able to move in until that was resolved. I called XXXX XXXX at that time and sorted it out and they sent an email to the Views at XXXX XXXX ( the new apartment I was moving into ) to let them know that it was a mistake and I didnt owe them anything. I was able to move into the new apartment because of that email. I didnt hear anything else about this and have lived in several places since XXXX. I didnt know it was an issue until I recently applied to a new place. Thats when I was alerted to this on my credit, stating I owe {$2500.00}. I called XXXXXXXX XXXX again. They are under new management and the woman I spoke to claims my file is vaulted. She said they have limited notes to view on my file. The manager said they are unable to do anything regarding my dispute of their error. I spoke with Lb gray, the collection agency they are using. That was XX/XX/XXXX or XXXX. I let them know that I never received a letter. They said they mailed one out last summer. I definitely didnt receive it, though. I let them know that Im currently disputing this with the credit bureaus and they said they can not do anything to help me until that is settled.

I co-signed a rental agreement for my daughter XXXX XXXX in XX/XX/XXXX. She lived at the property the term of the agreement and moved out on XX/XX/XXXX. Landlord had agents present when we vacated the property and no problems were identified. There had been no damage, just normal usage, normal wear and tear.. XXXX called multiple times about getting our deposit back and was told it would be mailed but it never was. We then hear nothing until XX/XX/XXXX when a collection agency mails me saying we owe {$1900.00}. I replied on XX/XX/XXXX and again on XX/XX/XXXX ( certified # XXXX ). My letters specifically stated we disputed the debt and they were not to contact us again. I have received harassing phone calls in XXXX and continuing into XX/XX/XXXX. ( The XX/XX/XXXX call was around XXXX. ) These calls are from an automated system giving a call back number of XXXX.

Had a XXXX month lease and toward the end the apartment had mice so we did not renew the lease for XX/XX/2016 we completed an attempted to vacate form gave it to management and moved. We were not notified of a balance or given an itemized list of the balance. Recently spoke with the current manager and was told to dispute because she could not find anything and she would call when she received the dispute yet she has not called and the amount remains on my credit. This negative should be removed.
