Ive contacted XXXX XXXX in regard my loan status and why payment hasnt posted. Ive checked my bank account and XXXX payment to cover XX/XX/XXXX didnt go through for unknown reasons. I received a notification from my credit report that a new account has been added to my credit file and posted as delinquent. So you know, my bank account hasnt changed and like I stated before, reasons why payment didnt go through are unknown to me. Please correct problem and update my account with credit reporting agencies because you're hurting my credit and score. That payment shouldve been deducted automatically from bank and it wasnt.
I've also contacted XXXX XXXX several time after that first issue and payment has been set up for deduction, only never leaves my account. I guess there's an exiting problem with my account from XXXX XXXX 's end that prevents me from making payments or for them to take them out.
Attached all communication about problem and how many times I tried to make payemnt.
