They called me telling me that I was probably eligible for a student loan forgiveness program based on my income. They asked me to give them my yearly salary to see if I qualified, so I did and they accepted me. They said I would have to pay {$340.00} a month for the first six months and then after that it would go down to {$320.00} per month. This was a lot better than the {$680.00} I was supposed to pay a month with XXXX XXXX so I agreed. They asked for a letter from my boss to verify that the information I was saying was correct. I did all of that and I actually received a letter from XXXX XXXX saying my student loans had been consolidated and that I was approved for the Income-Driven Repayment ( XXXX ) Plan so it seemed legit. I have been paying them {$340.00} a month since the XXXX XXXX which adds up to {$2000.00}. On XXXX this payment went down to {$59.00}, which I thought was weird since they had told me it would be {$320.00} a month after six months. So in total they have taken {$2100.00} from my account. Today, when I was getting my documents ready today for taxes I logged in to XXXX XXXX to print my tax form and realized that I still owed the full amount- I called them and they said I was most likely scammed since they haven't received any money from me and gave me this website. In the documents I am attaching you can see you I have been charged {$340.00} every month of the XXXX of the month ( I only provided my bank statement from XXXX -but happy to provide more documentation showing I have been charged this amount since XX/XX/2021. )
