XX/XX/2023 I began the purchase of a new home. I chose KPL Select Mortgage INC, to begin the process of my mortgage. XXXX XXXX was the loan representative and XXXX XXXX his assistant. During the process of my mortgage there were several misrepresentations which were revealed mostly at the end when the paperwork came to sign. I was going to borrow just over half of the purchase price and finance the rest. During this time, I was quoted a loan amount with no knowledge of points for a buy down or that I would be told at the closing that an escrow was established for new Trust Deed Loan. The wording said I qualified for the new Trust Deed Loan without any financial impact ever discussed. I also received paperwork that I was offered 3 loans with different points and interest rates which had never been discussed prior. I am not familiar with a Trust Deed Loan and since I was putting almost 50 % down I didn't worry until XX/XX/2023 and I logged in now a different mortgage companies ' website, XXXX, that they had purchased my loan. I signed documents which conflicted with this information at the closing that said I was being service by a XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, though I had also signed a document which said XXXX XXXX XXXX was the lender. During the loan process I was told I had no escrow, but at my close they added an untitled escrow amount on one of the documents for this " Trust Deed Loan '' of {$54.00}, along with other proposed property payments which were not going to be escrowed. This was the only document which hinted at a different monthly payment then the other documents. I did call XXXX XXXX about the discrepancies but he said that what we had discussed was true and there was no escrow and the loan was not going to be transferred to another company. I signed my closing documents on XXXX for the XX/XX/XXXX closing. This {$54.00} for 360 months was not clear on my documents which had conflicting information and represents {$19000.00} in payments for some product I received no information on and was not made aware of financial implications in the documents I signed. The monthly payment in all the documents did not include this amount.
