I am receiving threatening phone calls from a, Vocation Specialist, XXXX XXXX that was intended for my ex-sister-in-law, with whom I haven't spoken to in a long time, on XX/XX/XXXX, XXXX and XXXX. My voicemail clearly states my name and it isn't remotely close to my ex sister-in-law 's, we don't even have the same last name. I find it very disturbing that this company has my phone number and is calling me over and over knowing that I am not who they are trying to reach. I called the phone number that was left on my voicemail and it is for a company called KP Asset Consulting and I spoke to XXXX XXXX and she informed me that I was in my ex-sister-in-law 's folder as a potential family member or someone who might know her. I asked XXXX how she got my phone number since I know my ex-sister-in-law didn't give it to them and she stated she didn't know because her company only handles the paperwork. XXXX informed me that she would take my name off my ex-sister-in-law 's file and would inform whoever is in power that XXXX XXXX, whom I found out from XXXX is with a company called XXXX XXXX XXXX, was making threatening phone calls. I also informed her that XXXX XXXX calling me was illegal and that they could be sued and she again reiterated that they only handle the paperwork on her end and I asked her if that was the case why was their number given out instead of XXXX XXXX 's and she said it was because Vocation Specialist can't give out their personal information. I find it very interesting that they can call me regarding what should be a private issue between my ex-sister-in-law and them but they can't give our their private numbers. These companies have put me in a awkward position because I had to call me ex-sister-in-law about something that she probably finds embarrassing and which is frankly none of my business.

I got a voicemail from stating that " this is XXXX XXXX calling to schedule delivery of a legally required notice we received today call is to get 48 brief notification in regards to scheduling that way if you're working or do have anything going on you can reschedule to make sure you are home to sign for your paperwork and I will do as well reach of contact to the sender 's office where it is coming form that way if you do have any questions or concerns prior to anybody getting out to the home or any discrepancies with the timeframe set forth have to contact them to see if there's any options for rescheduling to be submitted at this time otherwise your going to have to make yourself available and all that number supported on the packet is XXXX this is gon na be your first notification. '' I called this number and was transferred to someone. While on the phone with him he told me that I was responsible for a debt. He sent me an email with an " invoice '' of the amount owed. He asked for me to make an arrangement and I told him that I was unable to do that until XX/XX/XXXX due to XXXX XXXX not being paid and a mistake with my paycheck. He then stated that they would require XXXX/month for 6 months to rectify this debt. When I said I could not do anything like that, he stated what can I do. I told him right now I can give him XXXX/mo until XXXX, he said that he had to inform me that I need to stop by my XXXX on Monday because they will be sending information to them unless I can come up with something that would work. I said so {$25.00} wont work for right now, he said no and we have you on a recorded line so you can't tell a judge that we did not inform you of this.

This person keeps calling and the DEBT IS NOT MINE. XXXX called left threatening message for a XXXX XXXX I am not XXXX. Called everyday around XXXX leaving more threatening messages for a person named XXXX threatening to sue, threatening to file in court. I was finally able to make contact with this person XXXX XX/XX/2022 at around XXXX to tell him they had the wrong number, there is no XXXX here, he called me a liar, told me to stop trying to hide my husband and threatened to send someone to the house. I said I am unmarried, go ahead and send someone I will call the sheriffs. He cursed at me and hung up. I called back, I told him the called was being recorded he said then record this " you will pay the money or I will send someone, these calls will never stop and I will keep calling you! '' I told him to cease and desist, they have the wrong person. He hung up again. I called again repeatedly trying to contact someone, no answer. I googled the company and located his information. I called again after an hour this same guy finally answered. Again I told him, I am not the right person, they have the wrong number, he said he didn't care. I called the sheriff and filed a police report, I called the XXXX in my state and filed a report and now I am reporting to you.

I have been receiving phone calls from XXXX XXXX, IDK the name of the company because he doesn't provide that information in his messages ; however, he is calling me from XXXX and leaving messages that would not be a good idea to leave ( to me ). I feel threatened, very threatened which will make me " guarded '' and will defend myself.
That XXXX has left the following message on yesterday, XX/XX/XXXX : I am a location XXXX, XXXX XXXX calling today in reference to a pending claim by law I have to make you aware that once the claim is filed it becomes public record, your name and social are affiliated with this claim you need to contact the filing party before I parrot your home and job with your documents you do have the right to contact filing party their number is XXXX.
The second message that he left today reads : I have to make you aware that the filing will become public records soon please be available with identification with both of your job and home tomorrow if I can not locate you a direct refusal to comply will be set on your behalf every attempt to contact you has been made the number you must call prior to being located is XXXX see you soon ... '' I have these recordings in my VOICEMAIL. I will upload them

I received a voicemail on XX/XX/23 from KP Asset Consulting about a debt owed. I believe they are looking for a XXXX XXXX, but I honestly couldn't understand that part of the voicemail. Location Specialist XXXX XXXX said they are looking into a pending claim and that the filing would become public soon. He said they are coming both to my home and my job 's payroll department ( he said that twice in this voicemail ) and that I needed to produce 2 valid forms of identification. He ended his message with, " See you soon. '' The number left for KP Asset Consulting was ( XXXX ) XXXX.
On XX/XX/23 I received another voicemail from Location Specialist XXXX XXXX who said they would be at my home and job in an hour. He left the same phone number for KP Asset Consulting and ended the message with, " If I don't hear from the filing party right away, I will be seeing YOU. '' On XX/XX/23 I called KP Asset Consulting and told them I've received 2 voicemails from them. They were unable to find my name in their system and hung up on me when I told them that they were welcome to come to my job ... at the XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. They have called me before although I deleted those voicemails. I hope they stop calling my work cell phone now!

I received a message on my work phone stating, " By law I do have to make you aware that once this claim is filed it will become public record both your name and your social are affiliated with this claim. You need to contact the filing party before I appear at either your home or your job with your legal documents. You do have the right to contact the filing party directly at XXXX. '' I contacted the number provided in the voice mail and learned ( 1 ) I was contacting KP Asset Consulting and ( 2 ) the caller who left the message had dialed an incorrect phone number.
Nevertheless, I am reporting this because I believe it is unlawful for a debt collector ( 1 ) to threaten to show up at your place of work and ( 2 ) to threaten to publish your social security number.
I informed the representative at KP Asset Consulting that the debt collection practices were unlawful, but she said it was not her company 's responsibility to ensure lawful practices.

This company is alleging I have a debt owed to a company called XXXX XXXX ( XXXX ) with account # XXXX. I have signed into this website and see not account on record. Additionally, there is no information reported on my credit reports regarding this account. They are trying to get me to pay {$710.00} for an account I am unaware of. They have called my wife, my mother, my cousins and God knows who else trying to get in contact with me even though I have already spoke with them. I am not going to pay a default debt just because they make repeated calls to my family and threaten legal action against me. If their is a true debt owed they need to follow the legal process in the state of Oklahoma.

This company says they are a mediator for collecting debt. They call my family friends repeatedly and leave messages saying they will show up at my home and work. I called them to find out what was going on they said their name is KP Asset Consulting and that I owe a debt. I asked for the name and number of the debt owner they would not provided. I asked they only speak to me regarding the debt and in writing they said no. They said they could not stop the calls to family friends etc unless they called them and asked. I am still trying to verify who owns this debt but the collection practices of KP Assets Consulting are abusive and not honest.

Beginning on XXXX XXXX I have received phone calls ( voicemails ) from a gentleman telling me he is on his way to my home /employer to collect money for a debt. He did not identify the debt or what company he was representing. He is calling from a blocked number. He gave me a number to call but no information on who I would be calling. I did not call this number. I tried to identify the number online to see if it was a legitimate number. ( XXXX ). This number did not appear in a reserve number check.
I feel threatened by someone saying that they would be coming to my house to collect a debt that I am not aware that I owe.

I am unsure of what this debt is, but KP Asset Solutions has been repeatedly calling family members and even people I haven't had contact with in 10 years. They have left detailed messages on other individual 's phones saying that this debt will be made public and that my social security number is attached to this information. My wife tried to call them while I was at work and she warned them if they kept calling people they would be reported. Rhey hung up on her. They have since called 5 more people and left these same messages. This harassment needs to stop and this giving out personal information about debts is wrong.

Someone had took out a payday loan with my name and social security number and I was not aware. Months later I kept receiving phone calls daily. About 10 phone calls throughout the day and at night trying to scare me into paying money that I do not owe. KP consulting has threatened me with legal action and having someone show up at my home and workplace to have me sign some sort of legal document. I do not know who they are. They have reached out to my mother in law my sister in law my wife and tried calling my mother who lives in a different state. I want the harrassment to stop.

XXXX XXXX XXXX has hired a company called KP Asset Consultings. They have called me several times stating I have a lawsuit, after I spoke to them and told them Im under a debt consolidation program with XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX They still have continued to call me. On XX/XX/23 they started contacting my mom by text and phone calls. I also sent a letter to XXXX XXXX loans from my lawyer stating their debt is under this program and they should no longer be contacting me, they need to contact the lawyer group. The phone calls have been more of a threat of a lawsuit and being arrested.

I have filed a complaint for the phone calls and misrepresentation. After speaking with the KP Assets again they confirmed they do not own the debt so I asked for debt confirmation/validation letter. Again the repress themselves as a mediator and threaten legal action contact family and friends etc. They work with a company called XXXX but act as if they are not affiliated.
I requested the calls to stop they said no since they are a mediator. They then sent the attached document stating they were without providing all the required information of a debt validation letter.

I ( and many people Ive known throughout my life ) got a call from a XXXX XXXX saying I had a pending claim that once filed will be public record and they will come to my home and workplace. They said I had the right to contact the filing party, at the provided number XXXX and I did.
I asked them to mail me documents on the claim to the address they had on file and they said if I didnt sign for it it would be a refusal to cooperate.
I asked them to stop calling other people and my place of employment and she refused stating they would continue to call everyday.

Company : KP asset consulting Has called my mother two times in two days and left 2 voicemails with my name in them and saying I have pending claims and if I do not respond they are threatening to show up to my HOME as well as my workplace.
I do not know what pending claim they are referring to. To my knowledge I have not received any calls or anything by mail from this company. So it is not appropriate at all to be calling my mother and leaving voicemails or threatening to show up to my home.
