On XX/XX/XXXX, I went to XXXX XXXX XXXX. I picked out furniture I wanted. I was told that financing would be with Kornerstone Credit. I did not receive a lease to sign. Furniture was delivered once ( wrong furniture ), second time damaged furniture, store couldnt repair furniture in home. Talked to XXXX and XXXX, store managers and told them I do not want the furniture. They both agreed to cancel order and relayed this to a XXXX at Kornerstone Credit so I would owe no money. I have several emails from Kornerstone Credit. On XX/XX/XXXX Kornerstone Credit sent me and email stating my time to sign lease had expired. In XXXX, I had a lease with Kornerstone Credit that I paid off. Kornerstone Credit used that information to debit my account for {$260.00} on XX/XX/XXXX after I was told by XXXX at Kornerstone Credit my furniture order ( XX/XX/XXXX ) was terminated by the store and I wouldnt be charged. XXXX called and confirmed this information with the store manager XXXX. I was told by Kornerstone Credit in order to get a refund, I would have to go pick the furniture up and bring it to my house. I do not have this furniture and Kornerstone Credit still debited my account and refuse to issue me a refund of my initial {$50.00} plus the {$260.00}. Kornerstone Credit has consistently called, texted and harassed me and still trying to debit my banking account. I never physically signed a lease with Kornerstone Credit.

Ok this original account was with Kornerstone Credit they sold it to XXXX XXXX XXXX, who sold it to XXXX XXXX who sold it to XXXX XXXX who then sold it to XXXX XXXX XXXX. I spoke with these companies for almost 2 months trying to get to the bottom of this so i can settle this account, i have been getting the run around. This is one account and XXXX XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX XXXX have it on my credit they are trying to charge me twice for one account. When doing my investigation XXXX had me owing {$5000.00}, which was wrong so when i contacted them 2 weeks later they changed it to the right amount, i disputed the amount to transunion. With XXXX XXXX XXXX they removed this account off my credit report and last month now its back on there. All these companies have been giving me the run around and i'm just trying to settle this account. I went as far as reporting XXXX XXXX XXXX to the XXXX, still waiting on a response. I spoke with XXXX today XX/XX/2023 and they gave me this website, I spoke with Representative XXXX. She also see where i disputed these 2 creditors on many occasions. This is one account and the bedroom set was {$1800.00} dollars so i do not know where the {$4500.00} come from. I'm trying to settle this account but I don't have correct information and all these creditors involved are giving me the run around. Can you please assist me in this matter.

After reviewing my credit profile on XX/XX/2023 I identified a discrepancy with account listed under XXXX Outsourcing and validation was requested as this was an account that I did not recognize I reviewed my credit report and I have not received any correspondence from creditor to validate this account as correctly belonging to me, nor has my credit report been updated to reflect that the account is disputed and therefore a 2nd validation letter was send out on this day. After reviewing credit report again on XX/XX/2023 there have been no updates and account is still reflecting on the report. I do not believe the account belongs to me nor do I believe that the creditor has authorization to access the account nor authorization to attempt to collect on the account from all 3 credit bureaus until adequate validation has been received proving that the account belongs to me and all the information is correct.

I applied for a account with the store called Tire Agent on XX/XX/2023 and got approved with an account with the finance company name kornerstone credit and I was finishing up the contract and when I got to last page it had the wrong physical address and I had did not complete the contract until I talked to XXXX credit about changing the address on XXXX XX/XX/2023 and I asked the representative did I have to re-apply and she said once approved I didn't have to re-apply again so I was hoping that that could correct the papers before I signed the contract but they come on Tuesday XX/XX/2023 and said I had to re-apply because the computer lost my paperwork and I know that was not right because it was something they could have did without me applying all over again so please look into this because they ain't doing me right about the account they approved me already.

Company name : XXXX XXXX XXXX ( Original Creditor : KORNERSTONE CREDIT ) Date account open : XX/XX/2022 Amount {$1900.00} I was reviewing my Credit report and noticed a fraudulent account that was on my credit report. I called the number that was on the report regarding the account and asked them if they could remove it from my account due to it being a fraudulent account. They stated this is your account. I asked them for the original contract. Within days of me asking for the contact. I received phone calls asking how I want to pay for this balance. I then notified them agian the account is a fraudulent account and the signature on the contract wasnt mine, and i never open this account. Can they remove this from my credit report cause this fraudulent account Is affecting my ability to buy my dream home.

XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX have made a delinquent charge on my account after I had closed an account with original loan.
The original loan providers can not provide any information on the debt. Every time I call they said they dont have it because its been so long so why am I being charged if theres no information? When I showed original bank statements to prove l came to a settlement they dont acknowledge it. They were scammed by original lender.

I have disputed this account from XXXX XXXX XXXX with you and with the three credit bureaus. I did receive a letter from XXXX XXXX XXXX that stated they believe that the account belongs to me and is not a identity theft account. I have asked numerous times to receive paperwork that shows how they determined that and I have yet to receive it. I would like to receive this information.
