In XX/XX/XXXX, I foolishly took out a loan with CreditNinja. This is a payday loan yet CreditNinja did not align my paydays. I requested that they line by payment dates up with my paydays as they were supposed to do when the loan was issued. I was told I had to mak e one payment and then that action would be done. I made the one payment and then receive d an email telling me to sign new documents to set my payment dates up to be in accordance with my paydays. I did that. The documents clearly showed that I made the one payment already and my SECOND payment was due XXXX XXXX. As soon as I submitted the documents, CreditNinja began harassing me for a missed payment. Upon correcting my due dates, CreditNinja increased my payment amounts. This is predatory lending!!! I have been taken fully advantage of with this bait and switch tactic. On XXXX XX/XX/XXXX, I filed a complaint and demanded CN set up new payment terms of {$50.00} per month for 12 months. I demanded my account be marked CURRENT/UP TO DATE/IN COMPLIANCE/IN GOOD STANDING with this arrangement. CreditNinja responded to the XXXX XXXX complaint with a letter dated XXXX XXXX. I, however, did NOT receive notification until XXXX XXXX. This letter stated " As a one-time courtesy to you, we have added a note on your account to reflect XXXX dollars ( {$50.00} ) due monthly via check, beginning on XX/XX/XXXX, until your remaining balance is paid. As of XX/XX/XXXX, interest was halted and will not accrue any further. As of XX/XX/XXXX, your remaining balance is {$1500.00}. '' I did not agree with these terms and responded to the CFPB complaint that I would contact the company directly. On XX/XX/XXXX, I sent an email to the company. It read : " I borrowed {$1000.00} and have repaid {$460.00}. I have {$530.00} remaining to repay what I borrowed. I demand CreditNinja agree to new payment terms of {$50.00} per month paid via check for 12 months for a total of {$600.00} bringing my total payments to {$1000.00}. I want my account marked CURRENT/UP TO DATE/IN COMPLIANCE/IN GOOD STANDING. I did not receive the response from Credit Ninja until XXXX XXXX as it was not sent to me but via the third party, the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. As a counter response I agree to : 1. First payment of {$50.00} due XXXX XXXX rather than XXXX XXXX as I was not notified of the acceptance of this payment arrangement in a timely enough fashion to have it begin in XXXX. XXXX. Interest continues to be halted and not accruing which means my interest free balance is actually, {$530.00} to repay the {$1000.00} interest free. 3. Payments will be made by check by the XXXX of each month for XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX ; XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, XXXX and XXXX ( {$39.00} ) XXXX 4. My account is immediately marked CURRENT/UP TO DATE/IN COMPLIANCE/IN GOOD STANDING '' On XXXX XXXX, CreditNinja simply responded " Our letter response was required to be submitted within the same CFPB portal platform. Your XXXX payment will still be accepted after today ( XX/XX/XXXX ). Please continue to submit your payments by the XXXX of each month until your remaining balance is paid, as noted in our letter response. '' None of what I stated in my email was addressed. There is NO rule or regulation stating CreditNinja may only communicate to me via CFPB. This is absolutely false and is yet another demonstration of this company 's horrendous customer service. On XXXX XXXX, I sent a response email with the same demands as in my XXXX XXXX email. On XXXX XXXX, I followed up as I had no response. On XXXX XXXX, I followed up as I had no response. On XXXX XXXX, I followed up as I had no response. On XXXX XXXX, CreditNinja responded : " Our letter response was required to be submitted within the same CFPB portal platform. We are not sure what response you continue to be looking for at this time but your account is now in collections, the agreement is that the interest has stopped on the loan but you are responsible for {$50.00} a month payments until the loan is paid off. We are unable to change the status of your account. We have a duty to report your actual payment performance and we will furnish that information accurately. '' Again, there is NO such requirement as CreditNinja claims. CreditNinja has a duty to communicate with me not via CFPB. They have failed to do so in a timely fashion. On XXXX XX/XX/XXXX, CreditNinja finally responded. They stated as a final courtesy, we are offering to eliminate all interest and fees, and only collect the remaining principal due. Attached here is a payment schedule agreement, with the payment amounts and payment schedule you requested, plus an additional month of buffer time. The amount we lent you ( the amount we deposited in your bank account ) is {$1000.00}, and as of the date of this letter, XX/XX/XXXX, we have received a total of {$370.00} in payments from you. You have made a total of two payments : a {$320.00} payment on XX/XX/XXXX and another {$50.00} payment on XX/XX/XXXX. Therefore, the remaining amount of principalis {$630.00}, excluding all interest and fees. Yet again, Credit Ninja provided false information. I had paid {$510.00} NOT {$370.00}!! On XXXX XX/XX/XXXX, CreditNinja sent me a new agreement which states Attached here is a payment schedule agreement, with the payment amounts and payment schedule you requested, plus an additional month of buffer time. The amount we lent you ( the amount we deposited in your bank account ) is {$1000.00}, and as of the date of this letter, XX/XX/XXXX, we have received a total of {$510.00} in payments from you. You have made a total of three payments : a {$140.00} payment on XX/XX/XXXX, a {$320.00} payment on XX/XX/XXXX, and a {$50.00} payment on XX/XX/XXXX. Therefore, the remaining amount of principal is {$480.00}, excluding all interest and fees. If you sign and return this attached payment schedule agreement by XX/XX/XXXX, we will accept {$50.00} per month beginning XX/XX/XXXX until the remainder of the principal amount is paid. In other words, if you sign and return the payment schedule agreement, we will agree to reduce your balance from {$1500.00} to only {$480.00}. I signed and returned the agreement on XXXX XX/XX/XXXX. I called into CreditNinja this morning ( XXXX XXXX ) to make my payment which is due. The representative stated he could not take my payment as I am no longer a CreditNinja customer. He stated CreditNinja sold my loan. This was NOT part of the agreement. I upheld my end of the agreement yet CreditNinja AGAIN did not. I want my account marked CURRENT/UP TO DATE/IN COMPLIANCE/IN GOOD STANDING and PAID IN FULL due to CreditNinjas complete and blatant predatory lending practices.

I took a payday loan from Creditninja on XX/XX/2020 with a payment due on XX/XX/2020. An ACH payment was debited from my account on XX/XX/2020 which did not go through due to insufficient funds, the same occurred on XX/XX/2020. I received emails from Creditninja many times and I first responded on XX/XX/2020 explaining that I intended to make half of the payment on balance owed by end of the week. Due to my financial circumstances I was unable to make that payment. On XX/XX/2020 I replied to an email from Creditninja that was sent on XX/XX/2020 about a 50 % off settlement deal, I asked how I can go about receiving that deal, I received a response same day saying I had to respond on XX/XX/2020 to take advantage of the settlement, and because I needed time to figure out when I could afford to make that payment I did not respond. On XX/XX/2020 I received another email saying, " We are informing you that your loan ... will be sold to a third party debt buyer unless you contact our collections department to arrange payment by XX/XX/2020 at XXXX CT at ( phone number ). '' I saw the email once I got off of work at XXXX, they had already closed and I was off the following day so I figured I would call them then. On XX/XX/2020 I received a push notification from my bank saying {$300.00} were debited from my account by Creditninja. I was not expecting a payment to be debited from my account since I had not made any sort of arrangement and I had until the XXXX to call and make said arrangement. I called Creditninja twice the first representative I spoke with I explained I would need that payment reversed since that money was going towards my car payment and I was given until the XXXX to make an arrangement it was only the XXXX she said they could not reverse payment because my account was past due and they were owed {$310.00} leaving me with a {$15.00} balance and that there were several attempts to get in touch with me before this but there was no contact with me therefore the payment could not be reversed. I let her know I would have to dispute with my bank because I needed to make my car payment and I had every intention of calling them to make an arrangement but they withdrew money from my account before hand, she stated that if disputing the charge with my bank is what I needed to do then that's what I should do. After the call was ended I called my bank and while I was on hold it was not sitting right with me because I was given a specific date in which I could call to make an arrangement and the money was taken from my account before I got the chance to make said arrangement. I called a second time this representative said that they would be unable to reverse the payment because again I owed the money and after several attempts to reach me with no contact they would not refund the money. I then asked if I was given until the XXXX to make an arrangement then they should honor that date he said the way I was saying it yes, however, they are able to attempt debiting the account 3 times and this just so happened to be the 3rd time they attempted to debit the account. When that call was ended I sent an email to the collections department, I explained my situation and asked why I was given until the XXXX if my account was going to be debited anyway the response I received said that the deadline was given in order to keep the account from being sold to a third party not to make a payment, after much back and forth I explained that regardless what the deadline was for I was given until the XXXX to make an arrangement but that date was not honored and my account was debited 2 days before the given date. I then mentioned, after 3 times of being told there was no contact, that I reached out last month on XX/XX/XXXX the response after that was simply there would be no refund and to contact there office for further assistance. Through the emails i was told they had the right to payment and that regular collection activity would continue if there was no arrangement on file. I want to be very clear, I not once denied making a payment to the company and yes they have every right to a payment I am not contesting that, however, I was given a date to make an arrangement and if there isn't an arrangement on file it is because that date given has not yet passed and the full amount ( not including fee ) has already been debited form my account. with both emails that I sent out in the last 2 months there is at the very least known interest in making a payment. I explained to Creditninja that I can not afford to make the full payment of {$300.00} all at once which is why I was interested in making an arrangement. In each email they apologized for my financial struggle and committed to not being able to refund the payment.

On XX/XX/XXXX I took out a loan for {$2000.00} with the company CreditNinja. I had been a customer for several months prior and my payment history was impeccable. Therefore, when I paid a loan off they would email me and instantly approve me for another loan. At the time of this loan contract I had moved into the state of XXXX I was a prior resident of XXXX XXXX. Unbeknownst to me Credit Ninja is not licensed to conduct business in Indiana. I was never asked to confirm any of my personal information and this company still has my old address in XXXX. In XX/XX/XXXX, I lost my job and for an entire year tried to keep up with this loan and paid a total of about {$4200.00}, with the last payment of {$75.00} paid on XX/XX/XXXX. When I could not keep up with the payments any longer, I advised them I could not continue to pay and they turned me over to a collection agency in XX/XX/XXXX, to a company called XXXX XXXX ( XXXX ) based in XXXX, NV. I tried to work with this company for a least 6 months and told them I would like to try to settle for less than the balance in full and they refused me every time. The most recent refusal was today, I spoke with a manager named " XXXX '' on XX/XX/XXXX, he told me that they would settle for 50 % of {$5100.00}, which is {$2500.00}. I offered {$1000.00} to settle, which is all I can pay and that would put me in a bind, it was refused. As of XXXX, I have a collection which has been reported on my XXXX credit report from Credit ninja as the original lender and the agency is named as a XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, based in XXXX NV, which XXXX XXXX has advised me that they work in conjunction with, as XXXX is the client of XXXX XXXX I would like this negative mark removed from my credit report, which was put there by XXXX XXXX XXXX ( as stated by " XXXX '' the rep at XXXX XXXX ). I also want CreditNinja investigated for allowing me to lend with them as I was not in the state of XXXX when the loan was taken out and I have an XXXX ID ( attached ) issued in XXXX, as well as employment records to prove it because I was drawing unemployment in XXXX due to job loss during the time I was paying on this loan, The credit agency says that I still owe a total of {$5100.00} which is listed on my credit report, I can not afford to pay that amount, as I am a single parent supporting XXXX daughters. I would like this balance cancelled and removed from my credit report.

On Friday XX/XX/XXXX I was notified by my bank, XXXX XXXX, that my account had been compromised by an overseas individual or individuals. XXXX XXXX, thankfully, put a hard restriction on withdrawals from my account. I immediately notified Credit Ninja and spoke to a representative. They informed me that they would not know if the restriction kicked their auto draft payment out. This morning, XX/XX/XXXX I received an email that the payment in fact did not get made. ( I left enough in the account to cover any unprocessed payments ). I immediately used the link provided by Credit Ninja in their email to pay the amount due, plus fees accessed. I was then pressed for my debit card information for this week 's XX/XX/XXXX payment, so I used the link to pay the amount due on XX/XX/XXXX. I'm then pressed more to give them my debit card information, to which I declined, stating that I will make my payment on XX/XX/XXXX ( I paid XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX ) online as I did this morning. They are now claiming that the second payment I made today went towards principle since it wasn't done on XX/XX/XXXX and I'll have to make an additional payment on XX/XX/XXXX. I provided back to them their email stating that they had received both payments and that my next due date was XX/XX/XXXX. I've already had my bank account compromised. I've already paid with fees the payment XXXX even though I'm a victim of fraud and paid my next payment so I can get my XXXX account re-established ( less the fraudulent access from overseas ) and they are threatening me with collections. This is unacceptable and abusive to say the least.

CreditNinja is an appropriate title for this company being that they will sneak their way into your wallet and ninja your money right out from under you. I took a {$300.00} loan at a {$75.00} premium and it was deposited into my account on Tuesday, XX/XX/XXXX. Not only did I think I agreed to a 3 month term, they disguised it ( sneaky as ninjas are and all ) and it is really a payday loan and due in full on XX/XX/XXXX. I attempted to call today, XX/XX/XXXX and pay down {$100.00}. They will not take any payments, only an extension of the loan by paying down the premium on top of which they will charge you another. HOW US THIS NOT REGULATED. How can a lender not accept an attempt by a debtor to pay them back, AND AHEAD OF SCHEDULE. This is fraudulent. Period. Thank you " official '' regulatory body for failing the US people as I sit in XXXX degree weather in XXXX Texas with no power because our " officials '' failed us there too. Good job, greed from every direction from the top down.

I tried to do business with Credit Ninja in attempt to receive a consumer credit transaction. Credit ninja denied me services. I then proceeded to email Credit Ninja and inform them that I am in fact the natural born consumer, and I wanted their financial facility to assist me in extending me a line of my personal consumer credit. I explained that pursuant to 15 USC 13, they were not to discriminate between consumers. Also pursuant to 15 USC 13 ( e ) they have to offer like services to purchasers on equal terms. Credit Ninja used my personal information without my prior consent, which is a violation of my privacy, in order to discriminate against me. I demand that I am treated as any other natural living consumer who has rights that protect them under federal law. Credit Ninja is in fact a dead entity that doesnt have the power to credit anyone. They can just act as creditors by extending consumers credit from the source, which is the consumer.

XXXX client, XXXX XXXX is a victim of identity theft. He reviewed a consumer credit report and found several inquires related to cash advance loans were made into his credit reports without his consent. While no loans related to the applications were established, the process did leave inquiries on his credit reports. Official disputes were mailed to the various offices where the inquiries were made however as of this date, those offices have failed to make contact or give an update as to the status of the investigation or the removal of the inquiry information. On XX/XX/2021 I received a phone call from my brother stating, that XXXX calling from number XXXX, had called and was trying to find me. He said XXXX also stated that I owed a lot of debt and that I needed to be reached. He stated that XXXX got his number after he ran a background check on me. I also received a call from my mother stating the same thing. XXXX then called me a left me a voicemail that stated " this is the last attempt to contact you. After today, I will run a background check and look at your assets. '' I never gave my brothers or my mothers name on any application I submit. When I spoke to XXXX after I called him back, he stated that he already ran a background check and could tell me any asset I had. when I told him not to call back without written proof of the debt, he said he could call me at any time.

I agreed to a settlemnt in XX/XX/XXXX with this company, they automatically debit my bank every two weeks, the settlemt is to complete XX/XX/XXXX, now they are trying to say i defaulted but they have never called me or sent me a letter, and they have contunued to defuct money from my account, i found out by a threatening email to sell my account, i have called to talk to manager XXXX XXXX and left numerous messages but she will not return my calls the only time i missed a payment was in XXXX when i had covid and i called them and the rep never mentioned on the phone that my settlemt would no longer be honored, they are still continuing to auto debit my account according to the settlement, if the settlement was not honored they should have stopped debiting my account but they continued XXXX still continue to this day

I received a call from structure settlement on XX/XX/2021. While talking to the represented he informed me that creditninja had hired them to collect this debut. During the call I was asked what I was able to pay and when formed what I could do, I was told that was not good enough. He stated that creditninja would agree with that offer. He became belligerent when I stood my ground. After that, he threaten legal action if I did not agree to his terms. I then informed him that I would contact creditninja directly and discuss as settlement. I direct called creditninja after hanging up with him. Creditninja informed me that they no longer own the debut and it was sold to structure settlement.

Company says " You agree to pay us a monthly handling fee in an amount equal to 24.17 % of the outstanding principal balance of your loan per month, or any portion of a month. This monthly handling fee shall not be deemed to be interest for any purpose of law. '' but at the same time has the following contradictory term that I have evidenced in a screenshot. These terms are contradictory and the company is admitting that the fees charged ARE IN FACT INTEREST. I will be disputing the inquiry on my credit report as this is a fraudulent lender if this fraudulent lender inquiry is not immediately removed.

On XX/XX/XXXX a company called XXXX XXXX XXXX emailed me regarding an account and it's balance. They stated they were going to report me to the credit bureaus if I didn't buy them. I replied back immediately letting them know that I send money every month on the XXXX of the month to the original company and the checks are being cashed and not return which means someone is keeping the money. Received collection notice on XX/XX/XXXX for a {$300.00} loan originating from KMD Partners LLC XXXX CreditNinja XX/XX/XXXX with a due date of XX/XX/XXXX. My identity must have been stolen to obtain this loan, since I personally had never applied for the loan or received any of the proceeds. On XXXX XXXX someone took out a fraudulent loan in my name using my information. {$1000.00} was sent to a bank account at XXXX XXXX, which is not my account.
