I filed a complaint with Consumer Financial Protection Bureau on XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX this company did not reply to my complaint instead they sold thus account to West Coast Realty Services. XXXX XXXX sent me a letter on XX/XX/2020 informing me this account had been assigned to West Coast Realty Services. I have not received any communications from this company and they have not returned any of call.
