Subject : Formal Notice of Violations and Request for Remediation Dear Keystone Credit Services, I am writing to bring to your immediate attention clear violations of both federal and state laws in the manner Keystone Credit Services has handled my credit information.
It has come to my notice that unauthorized items have been reported to my credit report without my explicit consent, constituting a serious breach of privacy and identity fraud. This action violates FCRA Section 604 ( a ) ( 3 ) ( A ), NJFCRA Section 56:11-28, and breaches the New Jersey Identity Theft Prevention Act ( N.J.S.A. 56:11-44 ).
Furthermore, the unauthorized reporting is adversely affecting my creditworthiness, and I assert that even in the case of a permissible purpose, my explicit consent is a necessity, as outlined in FCRA Section 604 ( a ) ( 3 ) ( A ) and NJFCRA Section 56:11-28.
I am formally demanding the immediate removal of this unauthorized and unverifiable item from my credit report, in clear violation of FCRA Section 611 ( a ) ( 1 ) ( A ), NJFCRA Section 56:11-31, and NJFCRA Section 56:11-34. I expect this to be done within 30 days from the receipt of this complaint, as stipulated by FCRA Section 623 ( a ) ( 8 ) and NJFCRA. Failure to comply within the specified timeframe will be considered willful noncompliance, subject to legal consequences.
Moreover, I insist on Keystone Credit Services providing a written document that proves I, as the consumer, have granted explicit permission for your agency to access my consumer profile. This failure to obtain consent is a direct violation of FCRA Section 604 ( a ) ( 3 ) ( A ) and NJFCRA Section 56:11-28.
This correspondence serves as a formal notice of violations, and I expect prompt action to remedy these breaches of federal and state laws. Failure to address and rectify these issues will leave me with no choice but to pursue legal action to protect my rights.
I anticipate your immediate attention to this matter and demand a swift resolution to ensure the accuracy and integrity of my credit report.
Done in good faith.

The original debt took place on XX/XX/XXXX ( that was the date of the last invoice that I never did receive ) The last amount owed on XX/XX/XXXX was {$880.00} From XX/XX/XXXX to XX/XX/XXXX , I received no communication with original debtor on amount owed. After almost six years I had the {$880.00} amount show up on my credit tracker as a debt in collections, by a second party, original creditor sent to collections to Keystone Collection Agency. I tried disputing the charge on XXXX but with no luck. Now one year after it being on my credit I received a letter stating that " for complete credit removal '' pay the amount above. The amount disclosed in the letter I received today XX/XX/XXXX is for {$1700.00}. In my original agreement with the first creditor does state that " Accounts over 60 days past due will be charged finance fees of 18 % per year ''. Well since he took over five years to even send a bill, the first 18 % interest charge would be due now. However, {$880.00} x 18 % = {$150.00}. I am very confused to where the difference of {$700.00} comes in. That is a very large amount of money to try and get payment for with no source of to why it is owed. I am attaching my original debtors invoice, along with the letter I received today.

I applied for a mortgage and got denied because of an account that I've never even heard of, so I did my research, learned from the internet, that I have to dispute the account with the credit bureau that is reporting it, which I've done, and the account was VERIFIED as accurate. I then found a dispute letter and mailed that directly to Keystone, to which they have recently replied. I mailed the dispute to the address reported on my credit report. XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, PA. If I XXXX search that address I can find Keystone collections as well. SO they mailed me a response telling me that they received the letter, provided me with a better address to contact them and told me that I did not supply enough information to process my dispute, however the account still appears on my credit, from their company. If they can not process a dispute in reference to the account, they can not verify it to the credit bureaus. Fairly simple, they have violated the FCRA and FDCPA

This complaint is regarding account information below that has not been investigated and no information given. Its been over 2 months with no information given to me regarding these accounts. I have no knowledge of these companies and they shouldnt be reporting as I never gave permission for the reporting per Section 1681a -I sent correspondence to the Credit Bureaus regarding this. I was never notified in writing per 15 U.S.C 1692ag prior to accounts being on my credit report, within 5 days. Moreover, these accounts violate debt collections, and abusive and unfair practices per section 1692f ( 1 ) adding additional amounts.
