My ex husband and I bought our home while we were together. His name went on the loan and both of our names went on the deed. A few years later we divorced. At that time I was working and was able to keep up with the payments for the home on my own. In our divorce settlement he relinquished his rights to the home, leaving everything up to me. At some point after that I had to quit my job due to a medical condition and have not yet been able to obtain XXXX. From this the mortgage went into default. It was somewhere around XX/XX/2016 where it came up on the 3rd month of being in default. At this point the mortgage company blocked me from being able to pay the mortgage by phone. So I called the collections lady at the housing corporation and she told me that I could not make the payment. That it was too late. I talked to her supervisor and he told me the same thing and that foreclosures take a while and we would have plenty of time to find somewhere to go. Then 3 weeks later the collection lady called me saying " where 's your payment you said you were going to make?! '' And I told her I was n't given the option! But she said it " said in her notes '' that I said I was going to make it by that time. I said NO I WAS NEVER GIVEN THE OPTION!! So my house then went into foreclosure. I have found a lawyer who had me get a quit claim deed and said that I can submit for loss mitigation. The housing company told me they were lying and that I could n't. That my ex had to do it with his information but someone who filled for it also had to be living in the home, which he obviously is n't. So they left me hopeless. My lawyer sent them my loss mitigation packet along with all other documents they would need and they have yet to put it into review! They said that the regulations from the CFPB do not pertain to them bc they are a separate entity. I was told that they will look into what they can do but they do n't think it 's going to work out. Also, at the beginning of this situation my ex sent authorization in writing stating that they had permission to speak to me about the loan. After the collections would n't take my payment and lied 3 weeks later I tried to call the supervisor and left messages but no one ever called me back and then the housing company said they COULDNT talk to me because they did n't have permission from my ex. So they apparently " deleted '' the written statement saying that they could. They have made it to where I can do NOTHING in regards to my home. They are also APPARENTLY mailing things about the loan and what not to my ex husbands new address for some reason. So when they say " well we mailed you this ... '' No you mailed it to my ex and I never got it!

Unfortunate, I'd submitted my mortgage payment for XXXX late due to an unforeseen circumstance ( gas leak repairs made on XX/XX/XXXX ) on XX/XX/XXXX to Kentucky Housing Corporation via XXXX XXXX shipping for account # XXXX and XXXX. According the the tracking # XXXX, my payment was delivered on XX/XX/XXXX and was picked up by an individual at XXXX. XXXX XXXX of XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX @ XXXX regarding payment processing and provided tracking number in addition to providing explanation of my late payment. XXXX stated that XXXX had not received the payment. According to the XXXX tracking tool, payment was delivered and picked up by XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX @ XXXX. On XX/XX/XXXX @ XXXX s/w XXXX regarding the missing mortgage payment. XXXX stated she did not see the payment. I explained to XXXX the payment was delivered on XX/XX/XXXX @ XXXX before the XXXX XX/XX/XXXX deadline. XXXX ended the call with stating she would post the payment and to check the portal within a few hours. On XX/XX/XXXX evening, I checked the portal for the missing payment in which the payment reflect of being received on XX/XX/XXXX opposed to reflecting the date of XX/XX/XXXX. On XX/XX/XXXX, I'd received a letter from XXXX stating my mortgage was in default due receiving payment after XX/XX/XXXX. When I contacted XXXX in regards, I was told there was nothing they could do. I feel it was unfair to have being sent a letter stating my mortgage is in default when the payments were sent and received before the final deadline which is stated within an email sent via XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX stating : Your mortgage payment for this month has not been received by Kentucky Housing Corporation ( XXXX ). To avoid defaulting on your mortgage, make your payment immediately. All payments must be received immediately to avoid defaulting on your Mortgage loan. The latest payment will be accepted is XX/XX/XXXX BEFORE XXXX P.M. On XX/XX/XXXX @ XXXX, I received another email stating the same statement. Copies of emails and letter can be provided. In addition to the miscommunication and handling of payments, I've been struggling since XX/XX/XXXX with paying the revised mortgage amount. Without receiving proper notice in the mail stating my mortgage payment would change from {$900.00} to {$1000.00} made it difficult for me to adjust and make my payments on time. I've called XXXX in regards in which they did not provide suitable means for assistance.

Applied for the loan remodification through the federal government waited never received any kind of information was informed that I needed to be two payments behind so I let those go. Still waited. Received denial for loan remodification. Then issued foreclosure sale date. They informed me total amount of loan was " accelerated '' and full payment was due. Excessive late fees and miscalculated amounts was added. My {$110000.00} loan was {$140000.00} due to save house. I asked for to date pay off amount, they questioned and I replied I would list house and sell. They got angry and stalled my payoff request. I called two days after got a payoff amount. Contacted realtor invested all my money and listed house for payoff amount plus {$7000.00}. Had 45 days to sheriffs sale. Secured buyer and contract. Set closing date on sale 1 day prior to sheriffs auction. That day of closing at XXXX XXXX. My realtor was informed at XXXX by KY HOUSING CORP. THAT THE SALE WAS NO GOOD NOT ENOUGH TO COVER MY DEBT. THEY ADDED MORE ATTORNEYFEES EXCESSIVE PENALTIES TO SECURE MY HOUSE. Va loan was a check to them as well as auction amount. They put me a military veteran on the street with 0 zero nothing and stole my home. I am not trash i put all i had. Nicest house on block. Sold with contract in 30 days. They new I did all remodification on property. They wanted me to suffer and get nothing. They are criminals destroyed my relationship, Credit, AND EMBARASSED ME IN FRONT OF MY CHILDREN AND GRANDCHILDREN. PLEASE GIVE ME JUSTICE. MY LOAN ON HOUSE WAS INFLATED WASN'T NOTIFIED TILL I HAD TO SIGN PAPERS. I MADE {$13.00} HE AND NO WAY I COULD SURVIVE A {$900.00} MORTGAGE PAYMENT FROM THE START. XXXX XXXX THEN SOLD TO KY. HOUSING WHO PUT ME OUT LIKE A DOG. I SERVED OVERSEAS AND MY VA DEPARTMENT HELPED ME NONE. THEY CUT A CHECK TO KY. HOUSING AND KY. Hello I contacted XXXX about information they are reporting on my credit report that is not correct. I disputed information KY housing, my mortgage company, put in the additional comments of my credit report. It says i have a variable rate and i have a reaffirmation agreement with this company. I told them i have a fixed rate and that the reaffirmation agreement i had with them is 17-1/2 years old and they were only allowed to report about that bankruptcy for ten years. They closed the dispute and said ky housing verified it. i requested the procedure how it was validated and they said they just ask them and Ky housing sent back the same information as verified. I asked for proof of what Ky housing sent to verify, and they said my dispute letter is my proof. I stated i provided documents that show the reaffirmation agreement was 17-1/2 years old and my promissory note showing i have a fixed rate on my mortgage. They said they could not do anything because ky housing verified it. I am going to upload the dispute result letter from XXXX. A copy of the reaffirmation letter I signed in XX/XX/2005 to XXXX XXXX. My promissory note for my loan with ky housing. I have also contacted ky housing twice by email. To a lady name XXXX XXXX, XXXX which us the name of the person that sent me a copy of my documents from ky housing. I told her the information is not correct that is being reported by ky housing. She never would respond back to me. So i have tried all ways to rectify before filling this complaint

Evidence of insurance coverage placed letter sent in mail 3 times called several times unable to get ahold of anyone finally got ahold of someone after 2nd letter in which the representative stated that home insurance coverage lapsed because they never received a bill from the company. I had no idea this had happened until months passed. Formal insurance was obtained on my behalf as soon as I learned of the situation. Speaking with the representative she informed me to fax over the declaration page showing that homeowners insurance was in place and to put a note with it asking them to pay the premium from my escrow, which I did the same day. The representative informed me that this would be paid out and any monies remaining in the escrow would be sent to me in which I would have to mail directly back to the escrow department. Although everything was taken care of on my behalf I have not received any answers or a check. Fast forward to the beginning of the year XX/XX/2022. I receive notice that my mortgage has now increased over {$350.00}. I have spoke with one person who basically stated that we were basically awaiting for the mortgage to be re- analyzed. I have yet to get an direct answer about the situation at hand after leaving several voicemails and being kept on hold hours at a time. In the letter stating that my insurance has increased it also stated that my escrow was deficit, but at the same time the force placed insurance has already been refunded.

XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX and today XX/XX/XXXX i have called in to kentucky housing corporation main number, i work XXXX -XXXX XXXX est by the time i get off work they are closed unable to be reach. kentucky housing corporation has no complaint management system, they have not followed up with me, and disrespected me upon calling in and trying to get my account fixed, they reported my account in default have never contacted me back on XX/XX/XXXX i was transferred from the main line to collections to make a payment and got disconnected from. i am being forced to pay fees to make my payment and late fees and having my credit being reported badly as a missed payment. i've done my due diligence to make my payments set up online, except as i was logging in from XXXX they have cancelled my online access never allowing it to be restored. they are acting under fraudaulent pretences and have not captured any complaints i've made in calling to them. i want my fees paid back to me, my online account access restored, and a written letter of stating you are fixing my credit bureau, who i am also making aware of the terrible business practices kentucky housing corporation is handling accounts, and treating people with no respect like we are nothing to them just terrible people.

Call XX/XX/XXXX of 2023 a tree fell out of the house, which caused the roof and the ceiling to collapse on my grandson. That was a week ago. As of now the tree and the ceiling is still open. The tree is still leaning on the house they insurance company has not sent anyone out to take and put a tarp on the house of rain and hail has been coming into the house which has caused the floors to swell. The tree has not been removed. I sent in two quotes to XXXX XXXX, which was the adjuster I have not heard anything back from them. I contacted Kentucky Housing Authority and Kentucky housing corporation Kentucky housing corporation. Refuses to give me the name of the insurance company and the policy number the adjuster has not contacted me I have pictures I will send showing the damage to my house in XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX, KY XXXX XXXX. The electrical wiring is exposed and its wet. The rafter is cracking and is the adjuster with her. He already cracked but he pretended that he didnt hurt. Whats the raft ago was the whole ceiling or possibly the whole side of that house is going to collapse the house is really uninhabitable. I did not receive any money to go to a hotel so I have to stay here in the home who wrote the pictures and videos of the house and the damage thank you.

I got behind on my payments. I spoke to them to try to get arraignments set to get caught back up. They were very rude not wanting to work with me. I went ahead and started sending in money to try to get it caught up and they refused my payment and sent it back to me. They have contacted me at work and I explained I was not allowed to have phone calls at work. Since I have asked them to stop calling me at work they still do. If I answer they hang up with out saying anything. If a co worker answers and they transfer them to me as soon as I answer they hang up. On one occasion I was on the phone and my co worker answered and explained I was on the other line and asked to take a message. They gave there name and number and that they were calling with Kentucky Housing Corp. Now my coworker is wondering why they are calling me here at work. It was very embarrassing. Not sure how to get this to stop or how to try to get caught up if they are refusing to accept any of my payments I have tried to send in. I dread every time my phone rings at work thinking that it will be them.

I attempted to pay my mortgage today XX/XX/XXXX. I was told they could only take my XXXX and XXXX payments together. I was also told this would hit my credit regardless and there was nothing I could do. I paid the first of XX/XX/XXXX for the regular payment amount and it did not effect my credit. They are forcing me to take a hit on my credit and as of this day I am not 30 days behind. The 30 day mark would occur the end of business tomorrow XX/XX/XXXX. They took away my option to pay online and over the phone with no help what so ever to avoid the delinquency. I am now forced to mail it off and be 30 days behind because of the refusal from multiple people at the XXXX XXXX XXXX specifically XXXX who had no solutions but to give her XXXX over the phone right then. I have other bills and children to feed as well this is not a realistic plan. They did not care to hear any of it. All interactions occurred today XX/XX/XXXX between XXXX and XXXX.

Escrow account for years XXXX and XXXX have been paid late by the company, to the point of getting letters from the County Attorney. They have upped my payments and are now charging me double and more for the taxes. My taxes are {$1400.00}. Year XXXX they charging my escrow on the amount of {$2600.00} the penalty that was charged. Escrow was {$380.00} they upped that to {$430.00} plus another {$54.00} adjustment. For year XXXX same thing happened taxes weren't paid till XXXX and only after I called due to another letter from the County Attorney, taxes due {$1400.00}. New payments on tax bill for {$2600.00}. New adjustments now {$450.00} a lot of my hard earned gone due to no fault of my own. I spoke to escrow manager she said she was taking care of it. When I sent my original payment they actually returned my check because it didn't have the inflated charges in there.

The mortgage company sent me a letter Dated XXXX XXXX, XXXX regarding a " late '' payment. I contacted them, and then subsequently emailed them a copy of the canceled check. On XXXX XXXX, XXXX they company assured me by email that they had removed the late fees, and had corrected my credit file. In XXXX, I was checking my account and noticed that they had not yet removed the late fees. I called them and asked them to please take care of that, which they did. My credit file is still showing a late payment with XXXX. I contacted them on XXXX XXXX, to ask then to fix the issue, and their manager simply told me to do a credit dispute. He also told me that credit updating could take XXXX90 days, however this issue has been much longer.

On XX/XX/2016 I contacted Ky Housing Corp my mortgage servicer of the VA/FHA mortgage I have on my home. I was contacting them seeking assistance based on my low income, XXXX, or veterans status, after a vehement conversation the Supervisor of a person named XXXX came to the phone. This person first states yes we service VA loans, but we do not do the HARP program for veterans but service VA loans, and also because you get help paying your mortgage by a subsidy you do not qualify to do HAMP application unless you drop your help making mortgage payment ; we can not help you from going into foreclosure status

In XXXX I logged into my mortgage and pai it off in full. Upon completion my account balance reflected {$0.00}. In XXXX I received a letter stating my mortgage payment was past due. According to the letter I owed {$48.00} that had to be paid via certified funds. ACH never took money out of my account and my online balance showed {$0.00}. I sent a money order and paid the loan off but they marked my payment as late and my credit score dropped from XXXX to XXXX. I never knew the loan was still open and my online balance showed {$0.00} for 3 months.

My family has a mortgage and down payments assistance loan with Kentucky Housing Corporation. We 've always made our monthly payments via their online web portal. The web portal payment system was not functioning during the last several days of XXXX XXXX. I made XXXX payments via a toll free number before the end of the month and was still accessed XXXX thirty day late entries on my credit report. I 've had a mortgage since XXXX XXXX with no previous 30 day late payments.

I refinanced my house in XX/XX/XXXX. Kentucky Housing Corp. reported that I was late the payment for that month. The loan was paid off in XXXX. I called KY Housing and talked to them about what was on my credit report. I was told to dispute what was on my report and they would fix it. Well XXXX was fixed but they reported me late for XXXX XXXX. The loan is paid off so they shouldn't reporting anything on my credit report because the loan was paid off in XXXX.

The lender is refusing to review the clients loss mitigation package because it was submitted by a 3rd party on the clients behalf - It should not matter where the package was submitted from - the lender should review the client for all options when a full loss mitt package is submitted.
