I attended university of XXXX XXXX from XX/XX/XXXX-XX/XX/XXXX, and then i attended XXXX college from XXXX XXXX XX/XX/XXXX and i recieved numerous loans from various lenders and types of loans, and i wasnt advised that these would all have different payment plans and terms until i was told i was in default and that is the reasoning for my income tax return to be taken in XX/XX/XXXX by Kentucky higher education for {$6700.00}. They never would show me what loans the money was taken in reference to or which school loans was in question or proof that i was even notified of this default prior to them taking my income tax. I was threatened that if i didn't set up immediate payment arrangements that my wages were due to be garnished and my drivers license and all professional licenses were going to be suspended. I was in a severe domestic violence relationship and i explained this to them and that money was going to be what me and my XXXX children used to escape the violence and abuse and i was willing to set up what ever necessary to get my income tax return back even if it was a reduced amount. They misled me by saying if i set up payment arrangements and paid on time for three months that they would release the money and it would get me out of default. Well in XXXX i received something from the IRS saying that i was no longer in default and my income tax would not be deferred, so i called them and told Kentucky higher education and they said it wasnt a guarantee that i would get the money back, i had to show serious hardship first, which i submitted all documents like asked.. still never heard anything and this was around XXXX. And they had gotten their 3 payment like they wanted. XX/XX/XXXX, i was XXXX XXXX by my ex husband, the one iwas trying to escape prior to them taking my income tax and had a XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXXXXXX XXXX, and injuries to my XXXX XXXX, was seen in ER and relocated to another state under order of protection from abuse with my XXXX kids, we had no money, XXXX, jobless and kentucky higher education finally said well you didnt submit documents in time to get the deferment reversed.. no one ever mentioned that i should reconciliation for my loans to get them out of deferment bc i was advised if i set up monthly payments i would be out of deferment, well i didnt realize how many individual loans that i had to various lenders, all in different stages of default, so in XXXX i finally did some research after the irs gave me some numbers to call about getting my money back. One of the numbers advised me to dispute my loans from XXXX college due to the amount of individual loans that was obtained and they didnt match up to the ledger i received from the school and they misrepresented the school and i got a degree that is useless and wont transfer like they said and they were a for profit school that misled me in so many different ways that i would not have even taken out the loans had i known they they were fraudulently obtaining these loans and inflating tuition rates and i was also advised to reconsolidate my loans, which i did. I kept fighting Kentucky higher education for my {$6700.00} back bc that amount could have been reconsolidated with the other loans had they chosen to refund my money but instead they threatened to come after me for repayment in various ways if i was ever to be granted them to repay that money to me that they would sue me for the money and put me back in default and prove i fraudulently obtained the money back. Well shortly after i disputed my credit report in XX/XX/XXXX bc they failed to accuratly report the loan data and payment history on my credit report causing me to suffer even further, they sold the loans to someone else and refused to do anything further. Then i find out the loans they took the money on was loans from XXXX and XXXX that was obtained when i went to XXXX XXXX and not obtained in XXXX like my credit report states and not what i was told when asking about them initially..my credit report shows the same exact loans negativity reported by each lender that bought the loans over the years, XXXX XXXX, XXXX , XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX , Kentucky higher education , and XXXX XXXX all with conflicting information and none can produce original promisary notes from sXXXX XXXX or XXXX college showing that i actually owe these loans or accurate payment history on loans from either school, so i was told without that info they couldn't keep pursuing me to repay the loans. I am currently in deferment until i can prove they have been harrassing me and illegally acting against me. So im begging you to please look into this, bc of how this company impacted mine and my children safety and welfare causing us severe hardship and still continues to avoid repaying money that was wrongfully taken.

I'm not sure if my issue is with private or Federal loans, bc I'm not getting straight answers and they have failed to show me that they can prove validity of the loans with MPN or any other legal documentation showing where I was even told my loans were in default and my taxes were going to be offset. XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX had my taxes offset last year and took {$6700.00} and even though I explained that I was experiencing severe financial hardship and was in a XX/XX/XXXXthat I had planned on escaping with my daughter that was XXXX with the money they took and I begged them to return it and asked what I needed to do to make that happen.i set up payment plan that day and emailed everything they asked for.never heard anything from them.the it's sent me a letter saying my offset was no longer in place so I called Kentucky higher education and told them about the letter I had received and asked when I could expect a reversal of the offset. They couldn't give me an answer.i was forced to continue to stay in the XXXX situation bc of a terrible fall causing XXXX XXXX the week prior to my offset and I couldn't go back to work.that fall alone should have showed severe hardship but it didn't I guess. Well in XX/XX/XXXX I was XXXX very badly and my XXXX was XXXX and XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX and XXXX from head to toe.my daughter and I left and we're transit for a couple months under an order of protection from XXXX and relocated to Florida. I called again to see if my situation warranted a reversal yet, the answer was no. They claim they didn't receive my paperwork, omg I have emails to prove it.i was forced to reconsolidate inXX/XX/XXXX to avoid my wages being garnished and my XXXX license taken due to default. I got a letter from Kentucky higher education after calling them asking why my credit report didn't show a payment for the XXXX that they took and why were they still showing me making payments on time when I was under a payment plan that they set up and got automatic drafts so I know they were paid on time.they gave me some crazy excuse and said that if I continue to fight for the money I lost with the offset that they would put me back in default bc they would sue me for that money if they were forced to refund it, bc once I consolidated and my loans were paid off, it didn't cover the money already credited, but had they returned it to me like they should have prior to the consolidation, the new loan would have covered all of it. And the loan in question is a loan from XX/XX/XXXX-XX/XX/XXXX but they show a XX/XX/XXXX date and I didn't reconsolidate or anything then. But that's around the time they claim default but my credit report shows of me making payments to them up until they took my money. So none of it makes sense but I think they fraudulently took my money and failed to return it causing me to suffer even more.

Hi my name is XXXX, I have been in contact with a company called Kentucky Higher Education assistance authority, This company has used every deceptive skill available. Whenever I would ask for verification into what company are who I was dealing with, I was always given misrepresentation and received some form of harassment. I still do n't know if the company is a collection agency or are they the XXXX XXXX. I feel from the deceptive forms of communication I have received from this company is brutal and unfair. I reached out to this company after receiving correspondence about a student defaulted student loan. Once I asked them to verify who I was sending information to, I was held in contempt for refusing to verify demographics. From my understanding of the law this company should not have been able to proceed with wage garnishment if I was working with them to rectify the problem. They constantly harassed me with threats of wage garnishments and said that my income tax was due to be garnished as well. The more information I sent this company, the more information they used against me. I worked three extra trips in XXXX to be able to pay off classes at XXXX XXXX in XXXX of XXXX. So, I could continue taking classes in XXXX. My wages was garnished for XXXX on the XXXX of XXXX and on the XXXX of XXXX a total of XXXX or more. I cant understand why I did not receive a thirty day notice stating the exact dates the wage garnishment would go into effect. I also cant fathom that this company still has n't told me if they were working on behalf of a collection agency or a private student loan company.., or the XXXX XXXX. I reached out to the XXXX XXXX for assistance and ask if they could contact me if they were indeed the XXXX XXXX. I never heard back from XXXX XXXX XXXX. I was asking for assistance in seeking out information into whom or what company I was dealing with, however I did hear back from XXXX XXXX once I faxed my personal information to Kentucky Higher Education Authority thanking me for submitting my information to him ( supposedly the XXXX XXXX ). I replied back that I did not send them information, however, confused still. This company XXXX XXXX has violated so many of my rights. I also cant believe how the XXXX XXXX could form an in-biased opinion if they are working for or with the legal team for XXXX. I asked if this was a private company how come I was n't issued a court date or judgement. I guess since I do n't know who I have been dealing with from the start I started looking for legal counsel.

I applied in XXXX for a XXXX discharge from XXXX ; I was approved in XX/XX/XXXX. Kentucky Higher Education Assistance Authority, received my loans from XXXX, who in turn received them from XXXX XXXX. XXXX has sent Kentucky Higher Education Assistance Authority, two letters requesting that they update the XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, as to the status and amounts of my loan ; they refused to send the information. I have contacted Kentucky for the last two weeks letting them know my information has changed and asking them to update the database. I found the attached letter, showing Kentucky contacted me in XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX, about the same loans in question. But when I contacted them today ( XX/XX/XXXX ) and yesterday, I was told they no longer have my loans, and the loans were transferred to XXXX XXXX XXXX in XX/XX/XXXX. How could they be transferred in XX/XX/XXXX, when they contacted me about the defaulted loans in XX/XX/XXXX? Kentucky did change my information, as the letter shows but they are refusing to update the database under my old social security number ( XXXX ) and my new one ( XXXX ). I sent them the court papers, divorce papers, new driver 's license, and social security card, but they refuse to update the database under both socials ; they said legal department and supervisor told them they did not have to, since my loan has not been with them since XX/XX/XXXX. But that is not true, since the letter proves they contacted me in XX/XX/XXXX about the default loans. Kentucky is the last company, that XXXX need to get the loans from, so they can discharge my loans ; Kentucky is preventing my loans from being discharged. And if my loans are not discharged, they will come back on me and I am a XXXX Veteran who can not pay these loans. Kentucky is deliberately not updating the NSLD system to keep my loans from being discharged! They are being very difficult!! Kentucky 's representative told me the loans were consolidated in XX/XX/XXXX by XXXX XXXX XXXX, and I contacted them and they are trying to find the loans. But they have nothing to do with Kentucky updating the database to show who the loans were transferred to ; they need to show the status of the loans with them - that they no longer have them and show what happened to them. But they are refusing!

I have a consolidated student load balance that was refinanced in early XXXX with Kentucky Higher Education Student Loan Corporation. I had made monthly automatic fixed amount EFT payments over the first year of the loan. In XX/XX/XXXX and again in XX/XX/XXXX I made extra one time payments through the KHESLC online payment system with the intent of accelerating the payback of the loan balance. In XX/XX/XXXX, I received an alert from my credit monitoring service that my student loan balance had increased. I logged into the KHESLC web portal to determine what caused my balance to increase, and was surprised to learn that now EFT payment had been made in XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, or XX/XX/XXXX.
I contacted KHESLC on XX/XX/XXXX. I was informed by XXXX that when you make a one time payment online, EFT is temporarily suspended and your due date is pushed out equivalent to the number of monthly payments the one time payment would have covered automatically. The only way to prevent that and continue with the scheduled EFT payments and make a one time payment is to either email or call into a servicing specialist first. I was informed I accepted this practice by signing up for EFT payments 14 months ago, and was also denied my request to have the payment I made back in XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX retroactively applied to the monthly statement balances and accrued interest credited. I also requested and was denied an escalation to a manager or supervisor to review. At no time during the online payment process was I made aware the one time payment would pause my monthly scheduled EFT payments, or given the option to choose whether or not I wished to pause or continue those payments. If desired, it would have been very easy for KHESLC to make me aware with a pop up or acknowledgement at the time of payment so I could take appropriate action to ensure my regularly scheduled EFT payments continued.
I believe this to be a predatory lending tactic whereby KHESLC is able to increase accrued interest on the loan without the knowledge or intent of the borrower, in an effort to increase their profit. As a result I lost over {$300.00} of what should have been a payment on loan principle to interest. If not outright illegal, this practice is clearly unethical.

XX/XX/XXXX Greetings, I presented a police report to all 3 credit bureaus in XXXX stating that I was a victim of identity theft. Looking over my credit reports in that year I noticed so many errors and inaccuracies on my reports that it astonished me. I contacted all 3 bureaus and the debt collection companies directly to dispute all inaccuracies. Many of the companies stated that they did not have me in their systems and to dispute the debt with the credit bureaus. I did dispute the accounts and they still appear on my credit report and are inaccurate and some are not my debt. I have inquiries I never authorized as well as names that are not mine. Addresses I have never lived. XXXX in fact notified me of a data security breach in XXXX and that my identity had been compromised as well. I have disputed on all 3 credit reports personal information that is not my identity. XXXX responded in XXXX of XXXX to my dispute and sent back the dispute with the same information that I disputed which had me pretty upset that they would not honor a police report my identification as well an affidavit of facts. I did security freezes with XXXX, XXXX XXXX, XXXX, and XXXX XXXX XXXX. XXXX has reported and XXXX has reported inaccurate debt in large amounts of various accounts. owing {$30000.00}, {$7000.00}, {$1400.00}, {$1800.00} and {$9300.00} KHEAA I do not even know who this company is. XXXX and KHEAA indicated they have no record of me in their system and could not tell me anything. XXXX has an inaccurate amount of debt on the credit reports. XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX has expired. They indicated to dispute the account. XXXX XXXX is a collection agency I never heard of. I never opened up a XXXX XXXX XXXX account and do not have nor had a credit card of such in my possession. I will be sending out letters to all bureaus and agencies to resolve these matters. My financial peace of mind has been broken and i will not rest until I get to the bottom of why nothing is being done to resolve these matters. If you need any further documents please let me know.
Thank you,

I first started receiving calls from Kentucky higher education after my dad died in XX/XX/XXXX. I avoided the calls at first but then decided I needed to clean up my credit so I answered the phone. I assumed due to my state of mind after my dad passed, this was the loan I got years and years ago. I even set up payment arrangements with the school so I could pay back hello. Well as I was getting deeper into my credit report trying to get things fixed I noticed other fraudulent activity on my credit report. Like having two other social security numbers linked to my account. Also several other accounts that were not mine and have since been removed as I look over my credit report I noticed the school that I originally got the loan was on there and the account closed. So as I'm looking at this Kentucky higher education it shows I've even made payments which I had not prior. It shows I got the loan in XXXX and I did not get a loan from that school in XXXX. I disputed it on my credit report and because I had signed an agreement they said that it was legitimate. I also reached out to the school and when they finally called me back, I had a long discussion with hey lady about my account I asked her to send me the original documents of the loan where I had initially started the loan with the company. I still have not received that documentation via email. She also went on and on about all the processes I would have to go through, which in turn, I told her that was not my loan. I'm not going to pay a loan that is not mine I will be taking action. I called and spoke with a lady with the credit bureau who led me to reach out to you guys. Please help me with this matter as it is going to prevent me from getting my stimulus or anything else that may come from the government like my tax return, ect. I do not owe this loan, and I can attach a copy of 2 of my credit reports. Then you can see that I did not get this loan and also see all the other fraudulent activity that was on my account. Thank you so much for your time and I hope to hear back very soon.

Kentucky Higher Education Student Loan Corporation.
Signed the loan expecting deferred payment. Turns out that it was not deferred, and company lied to my mother ( she cosigned ) and I multiple times about payments. We called multiple times and were told that our payments were deferred until after my graduation in XXXX. We were told it was deferred Then, we suddenly get contacted and told we owe payments by XX/XX/XXXX. After numerous attempts to contact the company, we were put on hold for days with an advisor named XXXX. She steamrolled us, not allowing any questions, and then changed the loan into a deferred payment, upping the interest rate to 6 %. This means the {$400.00} payment is now {$590.00}. I did not sign for the {$590.00} payment, or a non deferred loan. What company provides immediate payment student loans? How am I supposed to repay {$590.00} payments a month as a XXXX XXXX XXXX? This is a morally unjust practice, and XXXX implied that this happened to multiple other students.
XXXX said it is due to their system not processing loans as deferred. Why am I being forced to hike my interest because their system failed? That is a breach of our student loan borrowing agreement and needs to be rectified. I am not even able to access loan documents, being even more shady.
Why are we, as full time students, getting screwed over by incompetent lenders? My paperwork specifically mentioned the deferment until after graduation. This means they breached a federally binding contract, and should be investigated. Their website is also very shallow and does not offer assistance at all, even seeming predatory.
I am making this complaint on behalf of myself and every other loan borrower from XXXX, and I urge the CFPB to look into this predatory company. Incompetence seems to XXXX from every XXXX of this organization, and it is not fair that hard working student loan borrowers like myself get punished for their XXXX.

My name is XXXX XXXX. This loan is in my name and my daughter XXXX. For starters this loan was to refinance a previous student student loan that was through XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX had while attending college. We started this new loan process in the fall of XXXX. On XX/XX/XXXX we were approved for XXXX. That check was mailed out to the previous lender on XX/XX/XXXX. This new lender was KHEAA/KHESLC. The loan agreement, percentage rate was fixed at 4.34 %. We were told that if we did auto transfer the rate would be 3.70 %. Recently I was going through paperwork that we receive from KHESLC and while carefully reading the fine print noticed the loan was now 5.03 %. I contacted KHEAA and spoke with a representative that helped us back in XXXX, XXXX XXXX, and ask him what had happened. He said he remembered me because there had been a mix up in the amount that we were to borrow and agreed with what I was saying about the loan agreement. He then said he would investigate this and get back to me. On Friday XX/XX/XXXX he contacted me and told me that, according to upper management, the interest percentage rate had changed to 5.30 % and that they sent us paperwork that confirmed that and that XXXX and I signed off on it .I was never made aware of any interest change. I have every piece of paperwork from them regarding this loan and told him I had no such paperwork. He said he would email me the material, which he did. After close review on my part these signatures, which are just initials, are not mine. XXXX 's signature does not even appear on this paperwork and although it does not say on this paperwork, signatures invalid, for some reason on my computer it is printed signatures invalid. I would have never agreed to 5.30 %. I expressed my frustration with XXXX and he understood where I was coming from but said there was nothing he could do. There is definitely something going on here.

Both parties have agreed on a {$100.00} a month payment agreement. Every 4-6 months I will receive calls at least twice a day lasting up to 2 weeks on my cell phone and at my places of employment saying they do not have a payment. I also receive letters stating I have failed to follow the payment agreements. I have spoken with XXXX and XXXX who are managers, informing them that payments were made and I do not owe, they will look it up and say I am correct. On XXXX/XXXX/2016 I received XXXX phone calls from XXXX XXXX on both my cell phone and at my place of employment by XXXX stating it was urgent and for me to call KHESLC. I called back to KHESLC and spoke with XXXX, I told her that I was current with my payments and that I informed XXXX back in XXXX to not call my places of employment. XXXX stated that I should NOT have received a phone call, that I was up to date on my payments, and that my due date was n't until XXXX/XXXX/2016, she said she would investigate the call and would take care of it. On XXXX/XXXX/2016 I received a letter from KHESLC stating that I had failed to follow the agreements of the payment plan. On XXXX/XXXX/2016 I received a phone call to my cell phone at XXXX from XXXX stating it was urgent for me to contact KHESLC. I called XXXX telling her that I received another phone call and a letter, and that a payment was made on XXXX/XXXX/16 and again that I 'm current on my payments and that what is being done is harassment. XXXX agreed and said she would look into it and call back. She called me back saying she spoke with XXXX XXXX and they both agreed that I should not be receiving phone calls or letters because I am current. XXXX said to call her back if I receive another phone call.

Hello, I am an XXXX veteran that served from XXXX to XXXX with XXXX XXXX to XXXX and returned home rated XXXX XXXX XXXX by the VA. Today, a collection agency is now threatening wage garnishment on a debt that has been completely paid by their taking our income tax return this year of {$8500.00}. When I joined the XXXX I entered into the student loan repayment program which paid just over {$30000.00} on old student debt from XXXX . That payment was considered income by the military, so around {$8000.00} was taken by the IRS and {$22000.00} was applied to the student loan debt. From XXXX to present the loan debt was sold to four different collection agencies. For that reason, the repayment program did not work in a timely manner. Otherwise, I would have been able to manage the tax payments over my la st three ye ars while still serving. I have been back in school since XXXX and I am currently pursuing a XXXX degree full time using the G.I. Bill. I hold a part-time job and I pay child support for XXXX sons in addition to our regular living expenses. This debt has been paid in full as the IRS took {$7900.00} which was then still owed by me. And this year our tax refund was {$8500.00} which was paid directly to the collection agency KHEAA. This collection agency has inflated the original amount owed and is now trying to collect over {$4000.00} in fees by threatening to garnish my part-time wages. Do I have any way to stop them? I had two sets of loans : XX/XX/XXXX {$7500.00} and XX/XX/XXXX {$7100.00}. Loans went into default multiple times with multiple payments made along the years. I contacted the original servicer KHESLC/KHEAA and started to pay them all in full as of XX/XX/XXXX. I paid a total of XXXX in payments and one payment of XXXX to pay the loan to settle the debt. So I paid {$14000.00} and had {$2000.00} in interest written off. Making the grand total of the loans {$17000.00}.
Though out XX/XX/XXXX to XX/XX/XXXX I received a few notices from Dept of Ed saying I owe them money and I would call the number get directed to XXXX where I was constantly reassured I was paying off all of my loans. From XX/XX/XXXX to about XX/XX/XXXX I heard nothing and assumed I was done. In XX/XX/XXXX I started getting calls from a debt collector which I assumed was a scam until my IRS tax return got yanked for the Dept of ED. I called KHEAA of course but now they are saying that I paid that {$17000.00} for the 1 set of loans from XX/XX/XXXX and keep telling me I need to call the debt collector.
Also in that conversation they stated my interest rate was 6 % and that there was also another {$900.00} dollars paid to this loan for a grand total of {$17000.00}. The math does not add up and I believe they absorbed the 2nd set of loans and have misplaced the documentation. And the 2nd set of loans {$7100.00} literally 11 yrs later not 8 are only at {$10000.00} according to Dept of ED.

I have contacted kheaa on several occasions and havent gotten a response back with a copy of the original master promissory note in full, im only getting first page that i was never given a copy of. The full promissory note should be 8-10 pages or so like mine from XXXX college. I also would like a copy of a full details of the loan amounts when they obtained them, how fees were assessed in default, any payments they recieved and how they were applied, and any correspondence they had with me once they obtained my loans in XX/XX/2015 and how they got the information for the addresses they used to notify me of my initial default and my options bc i didnt give them the address that they used for mailing those important documents and they weren't not mailed to my mom to give me even though she is listed to use as a reference to contact me, all areas codes on all the telephone numbers are entered incorrectly so i never got contacted. I feel like things were intentionally mailed to incorrect addresses so i would default. Bc my other loan servicer XXXX was able to contact me and send me mail just fine. And if i dont get an email response, alerting me to respond to this, i was unaware that a response was even sent to me until months too late on 2 previous complaints. This time ill be sure to check back.

I received a XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX in XXXX. This scholarship either paid for your entire school, or it was converted into a loan if the school or service contract was not completed. I took a year off of school to deploy in XXXX with all intentions of returning to school and picking my scholarship back up. When I returned, I was informed that I could not do that, which was the opposite of what I had been told prior to leaving. I received a correspondence from the Kentucky Higher Education Student Loan Corporation saying that my scholarship, now loan, was in default. I began paying them back, lost a job, and had to stop paying. The KHESLC sued me. We went to court for this matter, since I had the time in service that was stipulated in the contract, and I later received a letter that the matter was dropped. Since then, I have not received any communication from the KHESLC. I have, however, received credit alerts, about once every two years, that I am behind on my student loan payments to the KHESLC. I called the corporation to see what could be worked out, and they had no information on my loan/scholarship/default anywhere in their system. I have tried multiple different ways to get this removed or somehow taken care of, and none of them seem to do any good.

As of XX/XX/XXXX I noticed on my credit report I have student loans from Kentucky Higher Ed Student Loan Corp on my credit report reflecting in a negative way. XXXX was my original financial lender ( student loan ) XXXX was involved in a lawsuit back in XXXX XXXX, XXXX, and XXXX. All participants who had student loans with them were paid off. ( Debt cancelled ) ( Loan Forgiveness ). It was supposed to however it wasn't according to my credit report. The loan was sold and transferred to Kentucky Higher Ed Student Loan Corp. This shouldve never happened when this matter was resolved in the lawsuit I stated earlier. After an extensive research I was directed to you concerning this matter. I asked that you please help me resolve this matter. Im trying to move on and start fresh but find it quite difficult when this has a negative impact on my report. There are four different accounts listed on my credit report from Kentucky Higher Ed Student Loan Corp which the debt shouldve been cancelled but instead they have impacted my credit report in a major negative way. Please help. I look forward to hearing from you along with having this matter resolved.

I signed an original contract with KHEAA ( Kentucky Higher Education Assistance Authority ) which obviously sold my information to this other company that I never had no original contract with which was XXXX ( XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ).
Also, Public Law 10, Chapter 48, 48 Stat 112. Refers to H.J.R 192 which removed all the lawful gold and silver from the State to pay its employees, and for the People the means to receive pay for sweat equity and pay debt. InXX/XX/1933President Roosevelt passed HJR 192, XX/XX/1933- and since the government had taken the gold, and the People had no money, the government would pay the 'debts ' for the People, thereby giving them unlimited credit. Whoever has the gold pays the bills. This legislation states that one can not demand from you a certain form of currency, since any form, and all forms of currency are your credit. If they do, they are in breach of Public Law, PL 73-10. This law protects the people from damages caused by the Federal & State.

Kentucky Higher Education garnished my check for a little over $XXXX The last Garnishment (XX/XX/19 payroll date) not only took my balance to $XXXX but KHE now owes me $XXXX for over payment.onXX/XX/XXXX I got a letter from the treasury advising of an offset of $XXXX paid to KHE. now bringing the balance owed to me from KHE to $XXXXonXX/XX/XXXX i find out i am still being garnished and another payment was sent to KHE in the amount of $XXXX bringing the balanced owed to me from KHE to $XXXXWhen calling the KHE debt recovery department the representatives and supervisors are all rude and argumentative. They threaten to hold my over payment of $XXXX for 30 days and not pay me interest. They won't sent me a paid in full letter for 30 days and refuse to help. they mentioned multiple times through the conversation that "we had to forcibly get payments" which is irrelevant since there is not only a $XXXX balance but money owed to me and it should not take 30 days to get it back to me

Former student loan servicer, XXXX sold loan to KHEAA. I received a bill from KHEAA for {$50.00} due in XXXX which I paid and then KHEAA sent me a packet saying that my loan will be subject to treasury offset. I was wrongfully denied by XXXX the chance to rehabilitate my loan which they admitted to in an email. Also, I made timely payments to HESAA until I filed chapter XXXX in XXXX of 2019 and resumed payments in XX/XX/2019. I can not access my loan information and they will no longer service my loan over the phone and KHEAA can not be reached by phone and I also registered on their website and it says I am not permitted to view loan information though registration was successful. I am also disputing the amount of the loan as I do not have verification that payments have been applied to the loan and that the correct information was transmitted to KHEEA. My loan should not be subject to offset, it is current, I make payments and I was denied the chance to remove it from default.

I had XXXX loans with KY Higher learning which were transferred to XXXX XXXX in XXXX. All XXXX loans are still appearing on my credit report and impacting my ability to obtain financing. I 've requested that they remove these loans from my credit report multiple times form XXXX, even submitting a form to KY Higher Education to remove them from my credit report ( which they claim to have never received ) and disputing my credit reporting with the credit agencies. Today, I spoke with KY Higher Education and discussed the situation with an individual named XXXX. He said I needed to submit another credit dispute from ; yet, he refused to send me the credit dispute form and just referred to the company website to dig for it. He said that he talked to a supervisor and they could not offer any further assistance, other than to say you can try to find our credit dispute form somewhere on our website.

Kentucky Higher Education keeps reporting incorrect dates of reporting with XXXX, XXXX, and XXXX which the account was opened in 2001. It is currently in dispute with the Dept of Education. I was unaware that I would even have a loans that I would have to repay due to XXXX University 's fraudulent activity.
I have disputed the dates that Kentucky Higher Education has been reporting these loans incorrectly for many years and I have been disputing with the credit report agencies the last 4 months. This company is also reporting this loan multiple times on my credit reports which if it dispersed on same date should be one loan NOT MULTIPLE LOANS. They continue to report these accounts incorrectly, and are fully aware they are incorrect. Kentucky Higher Education is using fraudulent activity which unlawful per the Fair Credit Reporting Act.

We have written through your organization three times about this student loan. KHEAA has had a lien on our Federal Tax return for 19 years. We feel this loan is paid in full. Through your organization, they agreed the loan was paid in full ( XX/XX/20 ) and the lien would be removed ( XX/XX/20 ). We asked them to send us a letter stating those results. They claim it was sent on XX/XX/XXXX ( XX/XX/20 ). We're now on XX/XX/XXXX. No letter has been received, and it doesn't take a month to get a letter from Kentucky to Illinois!!!
In addition, believing their responses in good faith, we filed our tax return. Today I received a letter from the IRS stating that our tax return money went to KHEAA - DUE TO A LIEN THAT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE REMOVED!!!
It is obvious that this organization is lying to you and us.

On XX/XX/XXXX I received a credit report from annual credit report that list debt with incorrect payment history. So on XX/XX/XXXX I sent a dispute letter by certified mail to kentucky Higher Education XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX, KY XXXX. The address that was on my credit report.. On XX/XX/XXXX I sent a dispute letter to all credit reporting agency asking for validation of debit, i then received a copy of agreement with my signature and date of XXXX XXXX. So I checked my credit again to find out that this company has illegally re aged my account. They did this by stating false payment where made on this account in XXXX and XXXX which is not correct. This account is 7 years old as of XX/XX/XXXX and should be removed from my credit report. This company is in violation of the FDCPA act and my consumer rights.

I've requested assistance with all three bureaus XXXX, XXXX, and XXXX XXXX credit reporting agencies ( CRA ) and their subsidiaries as well as KHESLC. I reached out numerous times in XXXX and 3 times this year, each time my credit score continues to decrease. I sent letters and called, which is a daunting task to say the least. My credit score went from XXXX to XXXX in XXXX and continues to fluctuate substantially. The CRA continues to report late payments when student loans are deferred or in forbearance. The voluntary dismissed bankruptcy is in error as well. I never had a XXXX account, a few other accounts are also invalid. I have requested to dispute old and erroneous addresses and personal information. I don't use alias names and these items are also incorrect.

My student loan was transferred from XXXX to KHEAA XXXX of 2020. I entered in to a student loan rehabilitation program with them in XXXX of 2020 and my first payment of 10 to rehabilitate my loan began in XXXX of 2020 with a monthly payment of {$170.00}. I have paid every payment on time without fail and expect to meet the rehab requirement in XXXX of 2020. However, I received a harrassing notice from them insisting that I am in default and have to pay {$10000.00} immediately and that they will be pursuing all avenues for collection. First of all, I am rehabilitiating my loan successfully so far so this notice is unwarranted. Second, my rehab arrangement was made directly through KHEAA in XXXX. Also, the loan balance does not reflect any payments which is fraudulent on their part.

During the Covid-19 pandemic, during the relief program that started on XX/XX/XXXX until XX/XX/XXXX, repayment and deferment policies were put in place, and loans were no longer being put into default during this time. I have a student loan that was placed in default XX/XX/XXXX, and can not access it or pay it off due to the servicer no longer having access to it because it is property of the Dept of Education, but the Dept of Education doesn't have access to the loan either. This defaulted loan is preventing me from receiving financial aid for continuing my education. Please advise me on how to get my loan out of default when it was not supposed to have happened during this time and the Covid relief program.

I have recently been informed that there is negative information reported by your company in the file you maintain under my Social Security number. Recently ( this year ) they updated my credit report with late payments from back in XXXX XXXX and I WAS STILL IN SCHOOL! These late payments are impossible when I have been in school since XXXX and I recently graduated ( this year ) I was not supposed to be making loan payments and the representative made it seem like they would handle payments deferred while I was in school. XX/XX/2016 got reported as 60 days late. I am generally on top of making sure the amount stays in good standing, however, there was a situation where I was under the impression that the loan was placed into an income repayment plan. Now, is affecting my credit score and placing 2 late payments on my report. Customer service was slow and I never received Correspondance until after it was reported. I am asking the late payment be removed due to confusion not lack of responsibility to pay or set up arrangements. Thanks

I pulled a detailed report of my credit recently and found several fraudulent accounts including credit cards, auto and student loans. I have disputed the items with the three credit bureaus as of XX/XX/2019. Some of the items stopped reporting on my credit but there are still quite a few that are and shouldn't be. Student loans totaling almost {$24000.00} from a KY Higher Education. {$52000.00} in auto loans in default. These accounts have been disputed.
