Keeping Capital, LLC XXXX XXXX XXXX. XXXX FL XXXX I agreed to work with this company about two years ago and initially paid over {$1200.00} and a monthly recurring payment of {$29.00}. Initially I thought I was getting positive results but soon found out conflicting information. The student loan was still with the previous provider and now also with a debt collection agency that Keeping Capital seems to be in contact with.According to Keeping Capital and the debt collection agency, my loan is in default, however, it's not in default with the other student loan service provider that I am working with.
The last automatic payment that Keeping XXXX pulled was in XXXX. Since then, my debit information has changed and I have decided to cancel with Keeping Capital. LLC. I called and spoke ( XXXX ) with XXXX from Keeping Capital and expressed that I wish to cancel. She stated that it doesn't work that way and that I needed to make the XXXX payment if I wanted to cancel. She stated that I received the benefits for the month in the form of movie theater tickets and discounts. I have not received any movie tickets OR any other discount that the Keeping Capital representative stated this month or prior.
I am requesting resolve in my effort to cancel with this agency. I called to attempt to cancel with Keeping Capital, LLC on XX/XX/2020 and I believe that should have been honored. I paid more than enough and I simply want to cancel. I do not believe that I should have to make a payment to cancel. Please help. Keeping Capital, LLC
