XX/XX/2022 I applied for lending with XXXX XXXX XXXX. I signed up for their service for {$3900.00}. XXXX XXXX XXXX looked at my credit profile and determined I have two items on my report that needed to be removed. One debt collection that has a XXXX balance yet is showing on my report. The other is from a company that I am part of a class action suit with. XXXX XXXX XXXX has a relationship with XXXX XXXX XXXX and recommeded this company. I paid an additional fee for XXXX XXXX. I have had a 1 year membership with both companies. I have paid for membership, credit repair and credit monitoring. I asked both XXXX XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX if I should pay off the item with a balance to get it removed. Both companies assured me that XXXX XXXX is able to remove the items from my credit report. It is almost 1 year later and XXXX XXXX has been unable to remove the items. In addition, XXXX XXXX has said even if I pay the company with the class action law suit ; the information will not be removed from my credit profile. I have been mislead by both companies. I am also told that because of these items I do not qualify for funding.
