Dear Sir or Madam, XXXX. KASHABLE LLC Account NumberXXXX Please correct this inaccurate information on my credit report. I recently pulled my credit report from your Bureau and my attorneys and I had a chance to go over my credit report and in amazement, that you have decided to report me 120 days late on this account in XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX. I immediately disputed this information with KASHABLE LLC and the results of the investigation came back " verified ''. Not only was I never late on this account, but according to the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ), the information furnisher is required to notify me of the insertion of negative listings. Since I have disputed the lates with the creditor, and you obviously " verified '' them, I am very curious as to what kinds of " records '' you may have for this alleged account. I am very confident that you are in violation of the ( FCRA ) and ( FCBA ) sections ( 1666, 1666a. 1666b., and 1666c. ) as stated below : 1666. Correction of billing errors ( b ) Billing error ( XXXX ) The creditor 's failure to reflect properly on a statement, a payment made by the obligor or a credit issued to the obligor. ( XXXX ) A computation error or similar error of an accounting nature of the creditor on a statement. ( XXXX ) Failure to transmit the statement required under section 1637 ( b ) of this title to the last address of the obligor which has been disclosed to the creditor, unless that address was furnished less than twenty days before the end of the billing cycle for which the statement is required. ( XXXX ) Any other error described in regulations of the Bureau. 1666a. Regulation of credit reports ( a ) Reports by creditor on obligor 's failure to pay amount regarded as billing error After receiving a notice from an obligor as provided in section 1666 ( a ) of this title, a creditor or his agent may not directly or indirectly threaten to report to any person adversely on the obligor 's credit rating or credit standing because of the obligor 's failure to pay the amount indicated by the obligor under section 1666 ( a ) ( XXXX ) of this title, and such amount may not be reported as delinquent to any third party until the creditor has met the requirements of section 1666 of this title and has allowed the obligor the same number of days ( not less than ten ) thereafter to make payment as is provided under the credit agreement with the obligor for the payment of undisputed amounts. ( b ) Reports by creditor on delinquent amounts in dispute ; notification of obligor of parties notified of delinquency If a creditor receives a further written notice from an obligor that an amount is still in dispute within the time allowed for payment under subsection ( a ) of this section, a creditor may not report to any third party that the amount of the obligor is delinquent because the obligor has failed to pay an amount which he has indicated under section 1666 ( a ) ( XXXX ) of this title, unless the creditor also reports that the amount is in dispute and, at the same time, notifies the obligor of the name and address of each party to whom the creditor is reporting information concerning the delinquency. ( c ) Reports by creditor of subsequent resolution of delinquent amounts A creditor shall report any subsequent resolution of any delinquencies reported pursuant to subsection ( b ) to the parties to whom such delinquencies were initially reported. 1666b. Timing of payments ( a ) Time to make payments A creditor may not treat a payment on a credit card account under an open end consumer credit plan as late for any purpose, unless the creditor has adopted reasonable procedures designed to ensure that each periodic statement including the information required by section 1637 ( b ) of this title is mailed or delivered to the consumer not later than 21 days before the payment due date. Because I take my credit very seriously, I contacted every name and account that was listed on the report. I was again very shocked by the multiple names, account numbers and figures. Included with this letter, is every letter written to those who have hampered my ability to obtain credit. I believe that any judge that looks over the report would agree that it is a violation of both the FCRA, CCPA and FACTA. The following accounts were listed on your report and I have demanded from them a full accounting and XXXX years worth of records to see if their accounts were in violation of the FAIR CREDIT BILLING ACT ( FCBA ). We also demanded signed contracts, agreements or any legal paperwork that would tie us to the following accounts. Under the FCRA, you are required to conduct an investigation on this account if I request it. I DEMAND to see all 100 % verifiable proof that I was indeed Verifiably late on these accounts and the creditor fulfilled its obligations under ( FCBA 1666 ( a ) ( XXXX ) ), As I was never notified of a billing delinquency on my accounts, which the creditor must do under section ( FCBA1666 ( b ) ( XXXX ). I DEMAND to see proof that I was mailed my statement to the correct address notifying me of both payment due date and delinquency of payment on the account. If you can not provide 100 % Verifiable proof and proper documentation that the CREDITOR fulfilled its obligations under the ( FCBA ) and ( FCRA ), I therefore demand these late payments be removed from my account or I will be forced to be in contact with the Attorney General of my State and the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. I was applying for a loan with this company called Kashable they advertise their service to federal employee needing a loan. So during the process i had to submit documents to verify my identity which i did and they verified my information. I proceed to do application for the loan which i did. during the process i filled out the information and then i got to the page where i was to put my checking account information in the system. I put my checking account information and i when i hit update the system gave me a red banner that clarify service could not verify my checking account. I thought because the bank use was XXXX bank since XXXX became their own bank i thought maybe there were issue with the routing number so i did remember that XXXX used XXXX XXXX as their partner bank i used my old account thinking it was the problem, when i hit update the red banner appear again from clarity service. So i reached out to Kashable which i talk to gentlemen about the red banner he explain to me that clarity flag my profile because it either could not verify the bank information and or that i had overdrawn my account. I inform the agent that XXXX was in good standing and i don't overdraw this account. then the representative explain to me that the second account i put in which was XXXX XXXX that there may have been issue with that bank. I inform him that bank would not allow me to overdraw my account either. He than told me to contact XXXX XXXX which is the company that flag my account. I contact XXXX XXXX and received my report and i was going threw my account i could not see anything that would red flag my profile in which i talk to XXXX XXXX, they inform me that they are not the ones that would deny or approve my application that i need to reach out to them. I reached out to Kashable once again and the next agent i spoke with me told me that something in XXXX XXXX was flagging my account as a high risk. I than try to get a better understanding of what could flag my account the agent explain that could be numerous reason but spoke in general terms which i understood. the agent stated that it could be XXXX XXXX could not verify my account, or that i had some overdrawn account from another institution. I than went on explaining that could be that XXXX is a new institution that just established to be a bank. I explain to the agent that there were other companies that had issue with the routing number. the agent stated that could be a reason and that they don't accept prepaid account which i replied that its not a prepaid company. the agent stated that i need to reach out to XXXX bank to make sure the routing information was correct. the agent also explain that the application could not move further until XXXX XXXX was resolve. I stated ok that is when reached back to XXXX XXXX to getting a better understanding of this high risk issue that was told to me. Since i did not know how to read the report i was explain what i see is the same thing the lender and agent that i spoke to can see. The report as i was going over with did not have anything that would flag my system. So i turn around and spoke with my bank and they stated that the routing number is correct. So i than went to kashable website to see if i could put the account information again and to my surprise i had a status that application was denied due to credit. I was confused so i reached out to kashable once again and spoke with a different agent who inform me that application was denied. I ask how can it be denied when XXXX XXXX issue was not resolved and i told the agent what i was told by the previous agent. the agent began to tell me that they use the XXXX XXXX information and that it was denied due to credit. I was upset because they mislead me and told me that i need to resolve the XXXX issue and they went behind my back and submitted the application. I was also told that there was second application that was submitted and that is why the application was denied. I told them that i did not submit another application because of the first issue that was inform to me. So i ask the agent if these calls were record and the agent stated yes and explain to the agent that i wanted to speak to a supervisor because this violated me. the agent stated that they would have a supervisor call me back before the end of the day. XX/XX/2021 i received a phone called about an hour later and i thought was a supervisor which was the same agent that i requested a supervisor. the agent explain to me that their were two application that was submitted and i explain that i did not do a second application because of the first issue. I went back and forth with this company and with clarity trying to resolve the issue. the agent just stated that we can send you a denial letter out if you want and i stated no because you violated your own policy and that i wanted to speak a supervisor still refuse to send me to a supervisor. I feel that they have violated me as a person as well as my information as they had no right to submit my application without resolving the XXXX XXXX. This company is a joke and the way they treated me as person they did not take my concern very serious. I mention that i would be looking into a consumer attorney as this issue is a serious issue. I am not sure what power they have to tell me one thing and do another. This is the reason why fraud happens and they have misrepresented themselves as a lender and they have caused me unnecessary stress and hardship because they gave me the run around and i was going back and forth with Kashable and XXXX XXXX. This company needs to understand that they can't do what ever they want without any consequences. I am not even mad they denied my application but i am very displeased the way they handle the issue as they have not resolve the issue or have taken any corrective measure to rectify this issue. I know have a hit on my credit and they lied about what they did and they miss lead me as a consumer.

On XX/XX/2019, I applied and was approved for a loan with this lender. I had to provide my ID, social security number, proof of employment, bank statements showing Automatic Clearing House ( ACH ) deposits from my employer, and set up an allotment and show proof. Kashable is a lender designed to help it's employees and federal employees with loans. However, I was told on XX/XX/XXXX that my loan would not be finalized because I have a business account and my loan would get rejected by my financial institute. I told the woman that is not true as my agency deposits ACH payments into my account and I never had any issues. I was then placed on hold and told that they will reach out to my financial institute as a courtesy to me but needed a manager on the phone. The manger XXXX was busy. I was told that I would receive a phone call later that day. I did not receive a phone. On XX/XX/2019, I reached out to Kashable under the impression we would be reaching out to my financial Institute to better address this concern Kashable claimed to exist. During the phone call XXXX told me something extremely different than the information I had heard the day prior. He told me that my business account was not a checking account which it actually is. He rudely told me we denied your application because you don't have a checking account. I then proceeded to ask could I speak to a manager. He hesitated and begin to deflect my questions. Then he finally told me that he was a manager and my loan had already been decided on. I asked to speak someone higher than his position. He told me that everyone is busy and he is the only one I could speak with because he is in charge. I asked him again who else could I speak with. He finally tells me XXXX I believe. I asked could I have his direct line he said they don't have direct lines. I asked could I receive a call back from him he explained that he will relay the message. I have not heard from this person and it has been about 3 hours. I was told I should hear something back within 2 hours. XXXX became very unprofessional and sound as if some of the information he was giving was not factual and made up as the conversation carried on.

In XXXX of XXXX I had taken out a loan with Kashable Account # XXXX in the amount of {$2500.00} which was to repaid via payroll deductions. This was a service that was offered to XXXX XXXX. The installment payments were to be in the amount of {$120.00} a pay period ( bi-weekly ). However, in XXXX of XXXX I became sick with XXXX XXXX and had to take an early retirement form XXXX XXXX. As a result of my illness I was not able to make my payments and was not able to contact Kashable until XX/XX/XXXX. At this time I offered to pay Kashable {$50.00} per month until the loan was paid off. This payback offer was accepted and a new agreement was signed for this payment plan. The first payment was due on XX/XX/XXXX ( Direct Payment ) and since that date I have not missed a payment. The problem is that Kashable has consistently show me 30 days late each and every month causing my credit score to be affected. I have tried to have the credit reporting agencies attempt to get this corrected but I have had no luck. I have also contacted Kashable directly and they have stated that although we have a new payment plan I am still late in making the original loan payment. I have a signed new payback agreement from Kashable accepting the new payment plan and have lived up to my end. I have contacted other companies that I owed and they worked with me to reduce my payments and adjust my credit. Kashable should at least reflect my account to show " Paid as Agreed ''. I recently received a copy of my ( XXXX, XXXX, XXXX XXXX ) consumer reports, and I noticed accounts reporting that are a violation of my rights. AS A FEDERALLY PROTECTED CONSUMER ; AS MY CONSUMER REMEDY FOR THESE WILLFUL AND NON-COMPLIANT VIOLATIONS. I DEMAND THESE ACCOUNTS BE DELETED FROM MY CONSUMER REPORT IMMEDIATELY. Kashable LLC Acct # XXXX Consumer Reports Reporting as Closed Account Pursuant to 15 USC 1681 a ( 2 ) ( B ) Any 15 authorization or approval of a specific extension of credit directly or indirectly by the issuer of a credit card or similar device should be Excluded from a consumer report. The definition of a credit card under 15 USC 1681 is the same as it is under 15 USC 1602 ( 1 ) which states, The term Credit Card means any card, plate, coupon book or other credit device existing for the purpose of obtaining money, property, labor or services on credit. Notice '', Congress said ANY card. The credit card is my Social Security Card. This is the credit card used to originate every consumer credit transaction below. They should all be removed from my consumer report pursuant to 15 USC 1681 a ( 2 ) ( B ). I tried to work with the company to settle the debt initially, and I was met with all kinds of unlawful practices and found the Kashable company to be a Predatory lender. I was forced to believe that I could afford the loan and in the event of termination of employment, they had insurance to help to continue to make payment for you that was included in your loan payments was told when I got the loan in XXXX of 2019. I found out that was completely wrong information when I was inadvertently terminated from my job in XXXX of 2019 I informed them of the termination and that I would like to use the insurance to make payments while I look for another job, the representative told me that no such insurance existed and that I was still responsible for the loan. I was completely misled by this company and would have never taken the loan had I knew they were a predatory lender. They used use aggressive sales tactics and deception to get borrowers to take out loans they can't afford. when I got my stimulus check I had planned to use that to settle the debt as I was looking to purchase a new home during the COVID-19 pandemic and they kept moving the goal post further as I tried to settle during these uncertain times. This debt is affecting my credit on XXXX and it is showing 671 days delinquent. I would like to have this company remove this tradeline from my account as this is my last resort.

1. XXXX- have ignored my request to provide me with validation that this debt was assigned or sold to a collector. I have call several times and was told because they no longer have the account, I have to speak to the collector but XXXX is the one that is reporting the inaccurate information on my credit report each month since XXXX. The collection agency is not reporting anything to the credit bureau. 2. Kashable loan Llc - In year XXXX, Kashable loan agree to take a smaller payment amount because I no longer had an income due to not working until I retired in XX/XX/XXXX. Kashable have inaccurate reported me delinquent for 276 days pass due. I received a phone call on XX/XX/XXXX from XXXX offering me a settlement of {$2900.00} but constantly reported to the credit bureau inaccurate information and remains charging me XXXX percentage interest. 3. XXXX XXXX XXXX - have reported inaccurate delinquent payments transfer from XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX during the bank merger between the two banks. This account was transferred from XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. 4. XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX )- This account has been paid in full for XXXX XXXX XXXX. I was told by XXXX XXXX XXXX this account can be deleted but has to be done by the collection agency because the account was placed with them for collecting but they refuse to delete from my credit report.

Kashable was withdrawing funds from payroll account on a bi-weekly basis. I signed a contract allowing Kashable to withdraw funds in the amount of the loan agreement of {$100.00} I did not authorize Kashable to withdraw the amount of {$100.00} I made several attempts to resolve the issue with Kashable. My concerns about my privacy and these unauthorized transactions have me feeling violate. I thought I could trust the company, Kashable, but evidently the records show how they operate business. They are scandalizing my credit score with falsified information. To settle this breach of contract on this day, XX/XX/2020, I am requesting that Kashable settle the remaining balance of : Loan ID : # XXXX {$2200.00} with XXXX amount ( {$0.00} ) owed from the borrower/myself, XXXX XXXX, and also remove anything that is pertaining to their company, Kashable, from all three credit bureaus. I have also attached the loan agreement and the documents of payment history that came directly from Kashable website ( kashable.com ) obtain by entering my username and password. This was a loan advertised to federal employees as being deducted directly from federal payroll. However, Kashable failed to draft the loan from my payroll for 2 months unexplicably but they marked my credit report as it having been paid late. I dont know if they failed to communicate with my XXXX XXXX or what happened, but I paid it off almost immediately when I realized there was a disconnect between my payroll deduction and Kashable 's receipt of the payments. I believe these late payments should be removed because this company specifically targets and advertises to XXXX XXXX as the loan repayments coming out of your pay and I relied on this assertion to my detriment when they failed to take out the payments for those two months. There was no problem initially with them taking the payments and I am not sure happened these two months where it was reported late, but I had no reason to think there was an issue in the process. I should not be held responsible with this penalty when I believed that this would be deducted from my pay and they failed to do so

This complaint seeks to have kashable LLC and XXXX identify why is there a report of a XXXX day late reporting to XXXX on an account that was paid and closed in XX/XX/XXXX with Kashable LLC. I've tried to bring this to the attention of Kashable supervisor ( who I was told was on the phone and then at lunch and he would return my call but never did ). I continued to make calls attempting to rectify this issue, using all my time and energy for this egregious error that caused an XXXX point decrease in my credit score. I brought this to the attention of Kashable and they deny they reported this ( although I disputed the 30, 60, 120 day late they did report back in XX/XX/XXXX and again in XX/XX/XXXX ). I was told by XXXX supervisor that it was the creditor that report these items. I am back and forth between XXXX and Kashable and both are saying it was not them it was the other.

Today XX/XX/2022, I received a notification that my credit score went down on XXXX, I logged into my account and do not see what company had reported something on my account. So I called XXXX customer service phone number and I verify my information and I asked the rep if she can tell me what was the change on my account that made my score go down from XXXX to XXXX and the rep told me she cant give me any information and I need to hire or pay a Financial institution to get information about my credit report. My ignorance of the credit laws should not be the reason the cra 's, creditors and collection agencies abuse my rights to privacy. I have been trying to get these accounts dealt with properly. Both accounts, Kashable and XXXX have repeatedly verified this information on my credit report. According to XXXX XXXX consumer law and factual disputing, these two accounts have violated my rights. I'm getting very frustrated with the way this is dragging on. And every dispute has copies, evidence attached. I was trying to get a refi, and was denied for these accounts. All they do is verify. On XX/XX/31 I applied for a loan with Kashable. After applying and pulling my credit report Kashable advised that I had been approved for a loan paid through payroll allotment. I was asked to submit 3 months of banking statements, a copy of my photo id, a copy of my social security card, proof that I set up an allotment to pay the loan, and a utility bill. I paid off my loan with XXXX Kashable in XXXX of 2021, however due to issues with our systems at my agency being hacked, and my govt ID needing to be reset, I was unable to stop my financial allotment.
