Sometimes in XX/XX/2010, my wife took my daughter to a local XXXX Hospital in XXXX XXXX, California ER for a XXXX visit. The hospital charged us a bill over {$7000.00}, and we were left with about {$1400.00} after insurance paid out. We requested the examination of all the charges and found out some charges incorrect and consequently we submitted a bill dispute with proper depart. of the hospital. Finally, we received a letter dated XX/XX/2010 from the hospital 's billing business service partner XXXX XXXX XXXX stating " The charges have been resolved. '' And I kept the letter in file.
However, shortly after a debt collecting agency CBSJ Financial Corp. started unstoppable calling and writing to my wife with threatening languages like reporting credit bureau etc despite my wife told them the matter has been solved between hospital and us. At that time I was oversea and didn't know this. Finally my wife couldn't bear the emotional pressure and continuing harassment and wrote a check of {$1500.00} as the CBSJ demanded to get her peace. In other words, my wife paid CBSJ debt collector for non-existing debt in exchange for a quiet life.
I just found this out when I was cleaning up old document which includes my wife 's notes on an envelop and conversation with her. I was so upset by CBSJ such abusive practice for collecting non-existing debt through harassment and angry at XXXX Hospital apparently sold the already solved debt dispute to a knowingly abusive debt collector.

CBS J Financial Corp Has been reporting XXXX bill since XX/XX/XXXX on my credit report and this bill was to be paid by XXXX hardship program and I tried to contact CBS J Financial Corporation Regarding this matter and I have not heard from them and also this is a violation of the HIPA A Because my information was forwarded to the collection agency and the collection agency has put it on my credit file for the past 6 years I am requesting this account be deleted from my credit file since the statute of limitation time has passed and instead of removing it XX/XX/XXXX please remove it right now thank you very much
