I took out an installment loan with Justice Finance. I made my payments and had no problems for a long time. I even would refinance my loan from time to time. If i got a little behind I always called and they worked with me. The 2 girls in the office were always really nice and willing to work with me. I fell behind due to medical issues with my husband. I began getting calls from them pretty much daily and then they starting calling my job. I send a note to the office as well as spoke to them and let them know that I was not to receive any calls at my job due to our rules at work. I then started to get 2 to 3 calls per day which is a violation. I was essentially ignoring the calls since there was really nothing I could do about the account. The last straw was on XX/XX/2018 when I received a call from a new girl in the office XXXX. Instead of calling me from the office line she called me from her personal cell number and I answered. She was beyond rude. She proceeded to tell me that this was my loan and I needed to take care of it and that I had no excuse not to take their calls or call them back that I get breaks at work. ON XX/XX/2018 I sent a letter straight to the office as well as their corporate office as an intent to sue for the violations. I have recordings of the call. I did finally receive a response back from them that they were sorry that were unable to come to a solution as to what I had asked for and I could contact them by mail and they were ceasing all collection activities. I have not sent any other correspondence to them as yet. I could file suit with my attorney but I was trying to give them the opportunity to make this right. I know being in the collection business that violations can be fined at {$1000.00} per violation and they had several. All I asked from them was that my loan show paid in full and reflect positive on my credit. My loan balance was under the {$1000.00} fine amount. I can hire my attorney and get much more I was just trying to give them the opportunity to make their mistakes right but nothing has been done to this day.

I am receiving harassing phone calls at my place of employment two days after the due date which is on the XXXX of each month. Approximately early XX/XX/XXXX, I had a setback and was not able to make my payments on time. My payday is only once a month on the XXXX. I spoke with " XXXX '' and she stated she will place the note in the " system '' so they will know. Each month, I still received the same phone calls regarding the late payment and reiterated I was not able to pay until the XXXX. In XX/XX/XXXX, I received a note from my employer that the company left a message for me to contact them. I returned the phone call and requested they do not call my place of employment because of the nature of my job. I spoke with " XXXX ''. She said she would make note to not call me at work. I also mention to " XXXX '' that it should be noted I would make payment on the XXXX as well. She said she did not see the note but would place it in the " system ''. The calls continued for XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX from " XXXX ''. In XX/XX/XXXX, I received a message from my employer that " XXXX '' called me from XXXX XXXX. This is not the creditor however from the number, I recognized it was the XXXX XXXX. I called to speak with " XXXX '' and she was extremely rude, telling me I should be more responsible and professional because of my job title. She said she did not see any messages about not calling my employer or my arrangement to pay on the XXXX and that I did not tell her this information so it did not matter. I stated I should not have to speak with everyone in the office to make the arrangement. Although, it does n't seem to help anyway because you all call and harass me every month. My balance is only {$170.00}. I do n't understand why harass and bully someone for small amounts. I am making this complaint for the harassment I am receiving from this company. Many of my friends and family members who have had business with this company in the past stated that is why they do not take out loans with them anymore.

On XX/XX/XXXX around XXXX XXXX. I contacted Justice Finance to inquired about an account that was unknown to me reporting on my XXXX credit report. The lady explained to me that the account was charged off and in order to clear the account I would need to pay XXXX. I told her that I am not admitting that I own this foreign account and that I am not certain that I am liable for this account. I then asked her how can they place something on my report as being charged off for XXXX, but then verbally tell me that it is XXXX owed because fees are still accruing on the account even though its charged off. After she began yelling at me about the account I asked to speak to the manager or owner. She tells me that she is the assistant manager. I then asked her for the number to their corporate store which she gave me and told me I would have to call them tomorrow. On XX/XX/XXXX around XXXX XXXX. who told me that she did n't know how to get around in the system to find the account and that she would call and let the owner in the store know about the rudeness of the lady. All of a sudden on XX/XX/XXXX I receive a credit inquiry alert saying that Justice finance did a credit inquiry for an application or loan. I then spoke to XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX and he was unaware of the incident and refused to remove the inquiry. I explained to him the reason the inquiry is on my report is because his supposedly asst. manager got mad because I asked her how can there be two different amounts for a charged off account and retaliated by placing an inquiry on my report. I explained to him it is no way possible I came into their store and did any type of application giving them permission to pull my credit. I spoke to XXXX and they refused to dispute it and told me I needed to contact the creditor to get it off.

I have an installment loan through a local office. When I initially applied for the loan I informed the office that my wife could not be contacted regarding the account due to a strained relationship. However, I was forced to give the office her contact information to complete the application but was assured that she would never be contacted. Despite my conversation regarding her not being contacted as soon as I got a couple weeks behind on my payment they called her. This led to huge distress in my already strained marriage and nearly led to separation at least. I talked to the office following the contact with my wife and reiterated that she was not to be contacted and got assurance that she would not be contacted from the manager. I even expressed my request for privacy via a letter. Nevertehless, when I fell behind a couple of weeks they contacted her again. I called the office furious and spoke with the manager regarding my request for privacy. He responded by saying that he did n't care about my request due to my late payment history and that he did n't care if I never made another " darn '' payment. He stated that if I would have responded to there multiple phone calls ( they called roughly 2 times per days fo r 2 we eks straight ) she would not have been contacted. But because I was so hard to reach they had to call her to prompt a response. I was never contacted via writing on the harrassing phone calls a couple times per day. Is their behavior legal?

At XXXX AM on XX/XX/22 I received a call from an individual who introduced herself as XXXX from Justice Finance. She initially asked for another individual, I told her that was my husband, and she then called me by a different last name. I corrected her and asked her not to call me anymore. She said ok and hung up. She then called again at XXXX AM and she proceeded to tell me that she was contacting me as I was a reference for an individual and disclosed their name as well as indicated that they are past due and that because their sister did not work there were any longer did not mean she did not have to pay. I replied by telling her that I would relay her message and also asked her if she was aware of the FDCPA and FCRA, she stated she was aware. I then proceeded to tell her she was in violation by providing me with information on the status of the account. She then would talk over me and not listen to me and cut me off. I ended the call. I contacted the individual about the call and she informed me she was under 30 days late and aware that the company 's policy does not warrant calls to references unless they are past due way over 30 days. She also informed the company she would make her payment before the month was over, therefore there was no need to call me.

I took out a loan with Justice Finance in XXXX Texas. I lost my job and was unable to keep up with payments. Since I have been unable to make payments, they have been contacting relatives, who have nothing to do with the loan, and disclosing information pertaining to the loan, as well as making disparaging comments. The last time I spoke with them, I informed them that my Father had died, and that I was in the process of making arrangements for the funeral, as well as that I was still unemployed. This week they contacted my Mother, and made the comment that I owed them money, and that " I had the nerve to say that I was dealing with a funeral. '' I NEVER gave consent for them to discuss my loan or circumstances with anyone other than myself.
