So I randomly got a call from this company telling me I missed a court date and defaulted. However I was never served paperwork in any way or form. Just called weeks later to be told if I didnt settle up with them they would garnish my pay. So to avoid any issues I started a payment plan. However I feel as if I was taken advantage of because no one ever made me aware I was being sued for said issue.
