Upon attempting to lease an apartment in Houston after completing and graduating college in XXXX XXXX, I was informed of a collections on my credit reporting history. I took the steps in order to dispute this credit, but XXXX and XXXX referred me to hiring a company to handle the issue. I reached a letter dated XX/XX/2019 from JSZ Financial acknowledging my dispute efforts. Attached in the letter was what appears to be a printout of what they determine the amount owed might be with no details, no original contract, and no verification of this debt being mine or unpaid. On XX/XX/XXXX, I reached out to JSZ Financial via certified mail asking for why they believe this debt is mine, the amount and age of the debt ( with supporting documentation ), and details about their authority to collect this debt. I inquired for these documents for debt verification, but only received the same incomplete, what appears to be a printout of amount owed dated XX/XX/2019. I am unable to receive a true verification of this debt as they only send me this printout despite verification and documentation requested. If there is no verification and documentation, then I have no obligation to this debt and it should be removed from my credit report.

These items remain on my credit report. Per FCRA Law, these are supposed to be documents sent to me verifying that these items belong to me. I havent received anything from the companies listed on this document ; therefore I believe I am a victim of identity theft. You have four days to delete this item on this FTC Report. If you continue to disobey the law, I will use my rights to file a Civil Suit against you and the creditor for unlawful use of Metro 2 and the inability to verify items before placing them on my credit report. I have no contracts or have ever done any business with the creditors listed on this document. Either you have failed to properly verify these items before placing them, on my report, or someone is misusing their ability with Metro 2. I demand these items are removed during your investigation and stay removed thereafter as they are not mine. You have four days to delete upon receiving this document. I am sending priority mail so I will know when you get them.

-This debt collector engaged in abusive, deceptive, and unfair practices of the FDCPA which it prohibits. They furnished this account that we didn't agree upon and I didn't sign an agreement on. A legal contract is signed by XXXX parties and I did not participate in any of it. More so they didn't follow the proper XXXX step validation procedure which make this unfair practices. According to the FDCPA I'm entitled to XXXX XXXX per violation and clearly they violated my rights.

The land lord and property manager got angry when I decided not to renew my lease because the house was in extremely poor living conditions. I paid the final XXXX that rent and moved out early due to relocation for woek. After that I received an alert that I owed a debt ofa little over XXXX. This has effected me and my family o have a XXXX and XXXX XXXX XXXX and it's impossible to secure a lease for a good price with this fraudulent debt on my credit.

I am filing this complaint because JSZ FINANCIAL CO has ignored my request to provide me with the documents that their company has on file that was used to verify the accounts I disputed. Being that they have gone past the 30 day mark and can not verify these accounts under Section 611 ( 5 ) ( A ) of the FCRA- they are required to. Promptly delete all information which can not be verified. Please resolve this manner as soon as possible thank you

JSZ Financial CO XX/XX/2015 balance showing on credit report : {$2900.00} This is NOT a valid account. I have reached out to this company with no resolution. The original debtor does not exist any longer as a property manager, and can not contact after many different attempts even looking them up via social media streams. I have attempted multiple times to have this company send me written proof of this debt and they can not provide.

In XXXX a collection appeared on my credit report. I lived at this complex from approximately XX/XX/XXXX - XX/XX/XXXX. 3 years later a collection account shows up on my credit. Never received any calls, emails, letters etc. I am getting charged for something 3 years after I moved out. Even after other people occupied the property. I have disputes on all 3 bureaus. Only XXXX has removed it.
