Today a gentleman called my phone asking for myself or my husband to speak about an outstanding debt. I gave him my husband 's number and after a while my husband called to tell me how the phone call went. Apparently it did not go so well because the gentleman was very brash and rude to my husband. They went back and forth about an amount that was supposedly to be promised to paid, and my husband stated that he agreed to an amount of XXXX and they were trying to collect XXXX. I called back to speak to the man and to let him know that we are trying to work with them but we didn't appreciate being talk to in that manner and the man became very aggressive on the phone and repeatedly interrupted me and stated that he was going to mark the file as " refusal to pay '' even though we didn't refuse, we just wanted to find the correct documentation. I feel extremely degraded by this company, they did not treat us like we were human beings and he hid behind the fact that he was doing " his job ''. They did not want to work with us at all. I feel threatened by them.
