I recieved an XXXX related injury on XX/XX/XXXX resulting in medical attention and gave the hospital my insurance information which I covered under emergency services. My medical provider is XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX subscriber id # XXXX since XX/XX/XXXX. I recieved a bill on XX/XX/XXXX in the amount of {$1600.00}. I immediately called the hospital and again provided my insurance information. I thought everything was taken care of until I recieved a collections notice almost 1 year later on XX/XX/XXXX from high desert creditors service in the amount of {$1600.00}. I then again immediately called the hospital again, spoke with XXXX XXXX the supervisor of billing. She then had me on a 3 way call with my service provider ( XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ) to provide proof of insurance. I again thought everything was good until XX/XX/XXXX with the collection landed on my credit reports. Me being frustrated and angry reached out to XXXX XXXX of XXXX XXXX XXXX ( billing supervisor ) monday XX/XX/XXXX got her voicemail and kindly told her to call me immediately. The same day I reached out to my health insurance provider XXXX XXXX they told me they did not receive any claim whatsoever from the hospital. They were even able to get ahold of XXXX XXXX that same day XX/XX/XXXX who then told my insurance she would be sending the claim that same day. On XX/XX/XXXX XXXX XXXX of billing finally returned my phone call. As I proceeded to tell her my story she had the decency to hang up on me, no call back, nothing. I called back immediately and left her another voice mail. It is now XX/XX/XXXX and have yet to hear back from XXXX XXXX and my insurance provider has yet to receive a claim. I'm just so frustrated with this situation and hope you could provide some help. Thank you.

I have called and called the service provider to help me audit the charges for a 6 mile ambulance trip, but have been ignored. As an inactive XXXX I encountered billing errors over 50 % of the time ; however, this company, instead of cooperating, they send me to the credit beaureau and lower my score when I'm in the middle of a house purchase. I have found in the High Desert ; whether is a service provider or retailer, especially in the medical field, that they are ruthless, uncaring and corrupt. In fact ; the XXXX XXXX XXXX is investigating it. Since ; It took us over a year and a half to find a competent doctor! We are XXXX senior citizens. It is alarming how many service providers, including doctors and so called nurse practitioners and especially landlords they victimize the XXXX seniors and the poor. In other words ; they practice here becaseu they know that they can victimize the defensless poor and the XXXX. There are quite few XXXX poor people in this county and have no qualms in the abusers victimizing us. Therefore ; I'm trying to address so many issues of corruptions. Even the hospital here ; one of the feedback reads : " I'd rather drive 40 miles to a XXXX XXXX than go here to XXXX XXXX XXXX! ''

I spoke to your company before and informed you that I am in dispute with the medical service provider and that you needed to validate this debt. This is NOT a request for " verification '' or proof of my mailing address, but a request for VALIDATION made pursuant to Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, 15 USC 1692g Sec. 809 ( b ) that your claim is disputed and validation is requested. This is NOT a request for " verification '' or proof of my mailing address, but a request for VALIDATION.. I respectfully request that your office provide me with competent evidence that I have any legal obligation to pay you and provide a detailed, plain and simple list ( not coded ) of any and all services or a line by line itemization report of charges. If your offices have reported invalidated information to any of the three major Credit Bureau 's ( XXXX, XXXX or XXXX ), said action might constitute fraud under both Federal and State Laws. I am a 100 % XXXX VET. I have been awarded 3 XXXX XXXX. I have medical through the VA. I XXXX XXXX and was having XXXX. They took me to the XXXX. As soon as I came through I informed them I was a Veteran and that they needed to contact the VA. 100 % of my medical is paid by the VA. XXXX XXXX XXXX is reporting a medical collection account. I informed them that I had insurance through the VA and the original creditor was aware of that and needed to bill VA. I told them I was disputing the validity of the debt. They did not even attempt to verify this. They immediately started to collect the bill from me. I again informed them that I disputed the debt and they needed to send it back to the original creditor but they ignored me. They sent me a letter. I responded to it again and told them it was wrong. They just kept at me to pay them. They ignored all of my requests. The VA should have paid this bill. The VA was never contacted.

I was in a car accident and was deemed not my fault. I incurred medical bills. I had insurance even though it was not my fault. The other party had insurance. All the insurance information was provided for both parties. I hired an attorney that contacted each vendor and explained that there was litigation in process and that it was illegal to report any debt until the actual debt responsibility could be determined. We disputed the debt even though they had NEVER disclosed the debt prior to placing it on my credit report. We disputed the debt through the vender who gave us High Desert Creditors info. In spite of our disputes, written attorney correspondence, and repeated follow up I find ( when I apply for a mortgage loan ) that High Desert Creditors IGNORED our disputes and reported the debt anyway. I may lose my fantastic rate because it dropped my scores approximately XXXX points. I have now suffered monetary damage.

High Desert Creditors is reporting a collection for an account that has never been validated, has re-aged the account to do harm to me, AND is over the FCRA reporting time of 7 years. The account is a medical bill for my daughter that I dealt with the medical provider many years ago. It is from 2007. I contacted High Desert Creditors and let them know this. They ignored it. They made no attempt to validate this. Instead they show on the report that they opened a collection XXXX and that it was last active XXXX. That is false and misleading to anybody who may be considering lending me money. This single account violates several laws including but not limited to HIPPA, FCRA 15 U.S.C. 1681c, US Court of Appeals, XXXX XXXX, No. XXXX, XXXX, FCRA Section 623, FCRA Section 605 ( c ), FDCPA Section 809 ( b ), FTC opinion letter XXXX, and FDCPA Section 806.

XXXX XXXX XXXX ( XXXX ) is collecting for a medical bill that I informed them that I already paid it. We had/still have medical insurance. I paid the remainder balance that my insurance did not pay ( my portion ) and I should not owe any thing else. Telling them this constituted a dispute. They did not provide me with any documentation that I actually owe it and just reported it on my credit report. It's {$94.00}. So my 40 year near perfect credit history is now ruined over this? I think the last 40 years shows if I owed it and knew it I would pay it. Then XXXX puts it on my credit after knowing that I disputed the charge. This is wrong. Give me a statement or some documentation to show I owe it and give me an opportunity to pay the alleged debt if in fact I do owe it. I don't believe I do and there should have been some effort to validate this.

The aforementioned credit collection agency representing " XXXX XXXX XXXX '' has violated the FCRA by not providing documents to me in regards to this debt. I am unaware of this creditor and have not received anything that pertains to this debt. This account is unverified and immediately needs to be deleted from my credit files : XXXX, XXXX and XXXX. The business is required to disclose to me all of the documents that they have recorded and retained in their files that pertains to this debt. XXXX XXXX is reporting a collection account for a medical bill that was in dispute with original creditor and they were made aware that it was in dispute. I was injured in a car accident and the other party was responsible. I have an attorney and my attorney notified them that there were legal proceedings pending and they were to wait for instructions before proceeding. They ignored our dispute and reported this as a collection. I was in the accident XX/XX/XXXX and they are reporting it as being XX/XX/XXXX so they are also re-aging the account and providing incorrect, misleading and deceptive information to the credit bureaus despite our repeated communication to them that we are in dispute with the original creditor and that we did not agree with their validation of the debt.

I am a victim of identity theft. Due to the Corona Virus Pandemic, we are all facing which has me sitting still at home and I saw the recent news about the multiple XX/XX/XXXX Data breaches. I decided to look at my credit reports from the 3 major credit bureaus and found that someone had used my Identity. I have no idea how the theft took place. I also have no knowledge of any suspects. I did not receive any money, goods, or services as a result of identity theft. I contacted the Credit Bureau and told me to file an Identity Theft Report which I am doing. I have been declined credit to purchase a home due to a collection account opened by your organization that devastated my FICO score. I have never heard from your company until my mortgage company informed me of the account you have reported. Under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, 15 USC 1692g Sec. 809 ( b ) this debt was supposed to have been validated prior to reporting to the credit bureaus. They have made no attempt at all. Now that I have been given the information that you have reported this I must inform you that that ownership of said account was disputed. The attorney did not perform the services they charged me for and have gone out of business.

XXXX XXXX XXXX continues to report to all the credit reporting agencies a medical debt that I do not owe and have refused to validate the debt. They are collecting for some medical company for a period of time that I had XXXX and that coverage was XXXX XXXX. I could not have had a medical bill during that time. I have told them this and they refused to investigate, validate and remove. I asked them simple questions like what was the date of service and who was the provider and they told me that they did not have the information but they are still reporting this on my credit.

High Desert Creditors is listing that I owe XXXX from a medical debt that I have from taking my daughter to the doctor when we had medical insurance. When I call to verify the amount they say I owe {$2500.00} in which does not report on my credit. When I called today I was told that it is legal for them to charge 10 % interest on top of my debt and the interest gets charged by the year. I had medical insurance when this debt was created in which Ive already proved. The company will not remove this from my credit and keeps increasing the amount I owe.

I have NEVER been contacted by anyone at XXXX XXXX Department or High Desert Creditors Service by phone or mail. This is not my debt. I have NEVER been to XXXX, CA at any point in my life. The Original creditor failed to bill the insurance company for XXXX visit. I have provided proof that I had valid coverage to both the Original Creditor and the Collection Agency.
