We leased a car my husband an I together in XXXX from JMC Leasing its not reporting my payments at all but its reporting my husband another car lot paid it out XXXX an we got another car from XXXX an its on my report immediately Ive contacted JMC Leasing about them not reporting my payments an they said they would fix it that was months ago recently Ive written to the 3 major credit bureau about this problem Im having still waiting on response it started in the beginning reporting an all of a sudden it was off my report I have 2 loans on my report now for my 2 cars an they both are on there car has recently been paid off please help me my credit should be more than what it is it was a XXXX XXXX XXXX I contacted them several times about payments not being reported XX/XX/XXXXXXXX an XXXXXXXX an nothing has happen XXXX was the man that I was talking to

I bought a car from JMC leasing in XXXX. Car was repossessed in XXXX, place on the lot same day and resold before I could get it back. XXXX I received a writ to garnishment for XXXX. On a closed and charged off account. From XXXX to XXXX Jmc leasing garnished a total of XXXX $ from my payroll. Which left a debt of {$3200.00}. Over the last couple of years JMC keep filing a writ to garnishment with various jobs adding interest onto the {$11000.00} ranging in the amounts if XXXX to XXXX. Saying I owe XXXX one even said {$17000.00}. Which was just ordered to pay at current Job. spoke to XXXX @ JmC leasing, she states she has no record of the XXXX $ only the XXXX $ that was paid since XX/XX/XXXX. And all that is just interest. So I still owe XXXX $ they are taking XXXX $ a month from me that has caused me to loose my housing. And be financially unstable.
