Lender is supposed to help refinance the house. I had already gone through the process and step to refinance the house back in XXXX of XXXX. I told them I wanted to move forward with the process because the value of the house exceeded the previous appraisal value back in XXXX. At the time my credit was XXXX, and another I cant remember. I was told I could get 50 or 60 % of the value. The lenders loan officer were no help on anything I asked of them. I also had money left in escrow. Now they are telling me the house went through foreclosure without notifying me and now they are saying I have to buy the house back

I looked up my credit history and it shows jet Lending is destroying credit stating i borrowed money from them in 2011 this is false my information was stolen and i did not get a loan
