I have requested a loan estimate from a broker named XXXX XXXX at HST mortgage XXXX VA that has taken all my information and yet she denies me a loan estimate and stated initially that the address of the home was not given to her. Once I showed her proof that indeed she was aware of the address she stated that a contract needs to be in place prior to giving an estimate. I requested the loan estimate on multiple occasions and she states she will no longer respond.
