XXXX XXXX is now falsely acting as Attorney-In-Fact for XXXX XXXX and has changed and or added documents to my original files at the county recorder in XXXX County Georgia. I have never hired XXXX XXXX for anything. I have never met anyone from XXXX XXXX. XXXX XXXX is trying to commit fraud on my behalf, and attempt to transfer my property to another party without my consent. I DO NOT HAVE ANY CONTRACT AGREEMENTS WITH XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX, ALSO I DO NOT HAVE ANY CONTRACTUAL AGREEMENTS WITH XXXX XXXX. I'm being harassed by XXXX XXXX now on the behalf of XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. By staying in honor, I've ask both entities to show proof where they've given XXXX XXXX , Estate or XXXX XXXX any value. They failed to respond to my Affidavits. Therefore, I assume they are attempting to fraudulently receive value from me and or my estate. I've sent cease and desist affidavits to both entities, who both failed to respond. Now XXXX XXXX is saying I lose by default and my property is in foreclosure, and I and requested to transfer my property to HUD, or XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX. Again, I have never taken a loan from XXXX XXXX XXXX , XXXX or XXXX XXXX. They have no right to contact me to defraud me. They have never given me value and they will never receive value from me. I received a letter from XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX Representing Law Firm in XXXX, Texas and they are threatening to foreclose my home and throw me on the streets of XXXX, Texas with my XXXX Lifetime. The Law firm also want s to collect {$250000.00} and put a Lien through XXXX XXXX Courts. XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX and its business partners XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, Texas, XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX are all in Fraud alledgations in stealing the Federal Veteran Administration around {$240000.00} on XXXX XXXX and now XXXX XXXX XXXX is trying to send me to court to collect {$250000.00} and put my home in Foreclosure to cover up on my VA Loan. VA Lender does n't care about our US Military Veterans and does n't care about our XXXX Citizens and Military Veterans. On XXXX XXXX ,2017 my husband and I closed on a Foreclosure property with a notary at our primary home with my husband as the borrower. During the closing I stated that the XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX should have been titled in both names, I was told that once I signed the mortgage note that I would be added to the new deed and title. That did not happen, the deed was received in the mail on XXXX / XXXX / 17 and only listed my spouse. I spoke with my lender who indicated that the XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX should be in both names, we attempted to contact the closing agent and was advised that any changed would need to be completed in the form of a new deed with a cost to us because the contract, title and deed must match. However, I live in Florida joint property state and do not understand why this was not explained to us prior to closing and receiving the deed and title. I am very upset that I now need to pay a second attorney fees and the same fees to my county to corr ect a deed that the original closing attorney was paid to process and file. This does not seem correct to me because our first home has both names on the deed, title and mortgage insurance however I am on the only person covering the note.

To Whom It Concerns, The law firm that is supposedly handling the short sale is refusing to respond to emails or messages. XXXX XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX XXXX are the XXXX lawyers asssigned to the case. Also I informed XXXX XXXX that her client was harassing me with eviction and changing the locks without notice on the property when it is not in their name. I would like to speak with her to settle the judgement in full. However, they refuse to respond. I do n't know why. It makes no sense. I would appreciate a response and / or a phone call.
