I recently checked my XXXX Credit Report and saw that Southern Tier Credit Collections had placed two negative late payments on my report. One for {$6600.00} and the other for {$1700.00}. Supposedly these accounts were opened on XX/XX/2018 at XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX in XXXX NY. I have no knowledge of these bills, was never contacted regarding them and never asked for payment either by the hospital or the collection agency ; therefore the bills were never late. I have no knowledge of, or have any medical insurance claims for this date, or date range, and my medical insurance company, XXXX, believes that this may be a case of medical fraud, fraudulent medical billing or an illegal collection with made up amounts by Southern Tier Collections. I am asking that someone look into this matter. I have disputed this matter with XXXX but all Southern Tier Collections will tell the credit reporting agency is that they believe the account belongs to me. However, there has still been no attempt at contacting me ; this leads me to believe that this collection is fraudulent and I would like assistance in getting this removed from my credit report

XXXX XXXX Military XXXX , Veterans Administration are yea rs behind paying medical bills that they are responsible f or. Hospital, and their Attorneys put a l ean against my home. Plus I have partial XXXX , have had XXXX for a short period of time. I have always had Insurance. It 's not my fault that my Insurance is slow paying this dept, and I should n't be held responsible for this dept in question. Thank you for your time, and your cooperation with this matter. I did not know this amount was still owed until I saw it on my credit report a couple of years ago. I immediately contacted Southern Tier credit and paid the {$53.00}. It was removed from both my XXXX and my XXXX XXXX accounts. I have just now requested a report from your organization and found that it was not removed there. I think it was an XXXX XXXX bill that I didn't remember receiving, all the others were paid. I am not sure who to contact now. Southern Tier?

After being ignored by XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX about my bill being incorrect they very quickly gave my bill that I was still disputing to this company. I explained to them the situation, they offered no help or information on how to help get this bill taken care of.
I was never seen at XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, this bill is false. I called XXXX and they agreed that it was incorrect and then stopped responding to me.

I called today to get my original bill and itemized invoices. They denied my request and wet every rude. She told me XXXX the manager said I was just trying to get out of paying my bills and I needed to grow up. Told me I was just using some gerrerbish and said I was being sleezey.
