By means of this complain, my wife, XXXX XXXX XXXX and me, XXXX XXXX are having an issue with a credit repair company : It 's Time - Credit Repair ; which is located on : XXXX XXXX XXXX. # XXXX XXXX XXXX, TX, XXXX. XXXX : XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. We are submitting this complain against this credit repair company because it charged a series of illegal advance fees as well as misrepresented the cost and effectiveness of its services. We are seeking to halt the company 's harmful conduct and to obtain relief for us, including refunds of fees paid to the defendant. Our complaint seeks also our monetary relief, injunctive relief, and penalties.
It 's Time - Credit Repair lured us with misleading, unsubstantiated claims that it could remove virtually any negative information from our credit reports and could boost credit scores by significant amounts. The company attracted us through its website and sales advertises. He promised us to obtain a mortgage and a loan for new house. The company lacked a reasonable basis for making these claims because it causes negative scores in our credit scores.
It 's Time - Credit Repair ; charged a variety of fees for its services before demonstrating that the promised results had been achieved as required by law. Specifically, the company initial fees that it at times claimed were required to obtain special credit reports for us. The company also charged set-up fees totaling hundreds of dollars and monthly fees that often equaled {$240.00} per month.
It 's Time- Credit Repair incurred on deceptive acts and practices in the marketing and promotion of its services. He promised us to erase several debts because there is a law who helps people with XXXX. Consequently, it lured us to get its services but it was a fraud because it was not true. Also, it promises us to improve our credit scores by challenging items on our credit reports, regardless of whether the information is accurate.

I started fixing my credit on or about XX/XX/XXXX with Its Time Credit repair company and they assured me they would be there for me every step of the way and said they would guide me through getting my credit right, not only did they fail to follow up on appointments but they charge me XXXX twice a month once on the first and the other on or about the XXXX of the month. Ive seen little to no change with my credit improvement and none of the inquiries on my account. Ive asked about cancellation due to unsatisfactory service and they said I could not cancel due to us being in business for so long and it being past the 3 day mark or being able to cancel. Also they failed to correctly inform me on how the process would work and inform me of my rights
