Name of the agent is XXXX XXXX, address of record is XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX. I wanted to add that I am veteran receiving XXXX benefits from both the Veterans Administration and Social Security Administration. This situation is creating a hostile environment and uncertainty of my care.
