Per 15 USC 1635, I have the right to rescind any and all loans should I see fit ; however, this was not disclosed to me. I was not given the transparency regarding the process of the consumer credit application being the financial asset. I have reason to believe that me and my consumer credit were taken advantage of by interstate credit XXXX and their sister company highway motors inc. I was also given false and deception information ( violation of 1692e ) as I was told that a down payment of {$700.00} was required to drive off the lot. Pursuant to 15 usc 1605a - a finance charge is a sum of all charges.
